Hope its going well Secrets, I gave up earlier this year, just before falling pg, have had one since the birth but figured it was allowed.

    I should coco! ;)

DH gave up last September, for which I'm very grateful. I was a bit of a social smoker previously, on and off, but stopped that when he quit cos it seemed to remove some of his excuses ;)

Thankfully my OH never smoked, I however used to be a full on chain smoker. Just hoping I don't start again :( Keeping an eye on the future Bear_Cubs which is keeping me healthy :)

Isn't that like a "I should say so" sort of daft phrase?:o

It's not physical cravings any more, which gives you good odds... hobbies to keep your hands busy tend to help. DH used to smoke more than 30a day when we got together, I got to the point where I wondered if he'd ever quit tbh, and now he can't stand the smell of it. He fancies one now and again, but recognises that it's an "I want to rebel/lash out" thing now, rather than literally wanting a cigarette

There is hope for everyone. Nearly all of my friends and family smoke so it is so easy to just pick it up again especially when it is the brand I would smoke of choice. I think I am stronger now though and never smoked in the house so as long as I stay inside it will be fine. :)

Plus while I am out of work (ish) I don't have the budget for it. :D

Ps. When am I getting the picture

Worse - you're not down with the foggies ;) I think it's an old fashioned phrase ;)

Ooh trickier, none of my family smoke (now, 2 sisters and BIL used to). Lock the doors! ;)

Oooh I forgot about that, I'll do it now before I fall asleep...
ETA: it is the rag rug pic you're expecting, right?

It's fabulous, much better than I could ever hope for. Its even colour coded! Mine is just going to look like someone vomited on it with the clothes I have set aside :)

Hahahahaha you literally just made me choke then! (I think I have a cough brewing and/or am just woefully dehydrated!) Dunno about colour coded! But the great thing with those rag rugs is you can just pick colours/scraps at random and get away with it. If you look in some of the shops at their rugs (I'm always looking at things to work out how I could make one too ;)) they pretty much do the same! There's no right or wrong way :) The next one I want to do will have circles of one colour I think, like one each of pink/orange/blue etc, with another colour filling in the spaces - that one's for my 8yr old niece. The one I sent you is for my almost 14yr old nephew, so needed to be a bit more masculine ;)

Ooh question regarding the rug. Do you need to have the special tool or can I get by with just a crochet needle?
