    YES!

I bought a sparkly Christmas Reindeer from BHS at the weekend. It makes me very happy, and I want to put it up NOW but I'm not allowed :( I keep getting it out of the bag and looking at it :D

When I told my mum, her first reaction was 'Is it life sized?'. WHY would I buy a life-size sparkly reindeer? That would clearly be excessive. It's only a foot tall. [strike]They didn't sell life sized ones, otherwise I would have one of those instead.[/strike]

When are you going to put the tree etc up?
We have a tiny tree, but we didn't put it up last year. I think I'll get it out in the beginning of Dec:)

We are puting ours up the first weekend in Dec. I wouldn't bother as we are not at home over christmas but DH like to put one up. We get a real one and usually we get quite a big one but we've recently got two massive bookcases put in out living room and dining room so there is only room for a small one now.

    Behold my sparkly Christmas Reindeer:

I'm thinking kitsch rather than tat. I could be wrong though.

We usually have a real Christmas tree, so I think probably around the 18th December. Last year we held off so DSS could help us, and he was very uninterested in the whole process so I'm going to do it when I feel like it this year!

I wrote all my cards last night. They are good to go (will post in December).

Have bought about 90% & wrapped about 25% (only did the wrapping as was seeing a friend who I probably won't see again before Christmas).

I love planning/ organising - probably why I find TTC & not being in control so difficult!

LOL about the life size reindeer - got a picture in my mind of trying to get it out the door at BHS!
