I'm not sure how much they could do back then qq...? I don't want to pry either :o if she tells me that's one thing, but I don't want to ask....is that daft?:o Fil was an alcoholic too, actually, so that probably didn't help - although I don't know how bad he was before Dh was born cos I only hear stories from during dh's life iyswim? Thankfully my Dh gave up smoking over a year ago now :D and only has a drink once in a blue moon really :T he read about the hot baths too so hadn't been doing them, but joined a gym fairly recently with a steam room and jacuzzi...wonder if they're not helping?

Hope today's was the wonky one nicki :o and the doc can help you emsbet :(

After about a week of opks being negative but a temp rise suggesting that I ovulated 2 days ago, I just did one last opk because I literally had 1 left, so thought why not then I can throw the envelope away (I was in a tidying mode lol), and its come up a really strong positive, strongest Ive ever had. So now I dont know what going on and because I thought I already had ov, I told DH he was ok to ahem diy, and so now hes just told me he did it last night which therefore is really annoying because i think I read it takes 36 hour for spermies to like reform?? So not sure what to do now. So think were just going to bd today anyway and tomorrow for luck - I told him he needs to try to come home from work in his lunch hour lol

I read somewhere that if there aren't any problems with sperm count/motility etc that BDing everyday is fine therefore I think even if he set some spermies free last night his body should have still made enough for you to BD today. Remember it only takes one little swimmer.:)

    emsbet, (((hugs))) for bleeding:(
It should stop eventually, I've never heard of anyone who continued to bleed forever. It may be your hormones not quite back up yet.

Thanks. I know it's not going to go one forever (at least I hope not!:p) it just kind of feels that way right now.

Thanks. I hope she can too although I am a little concerned because I read somewhere about a woman who bled for a long while after a mc and her doctor put her on the pill for for a month or so! I really don't want that to happen as that's a month or two on the pill then at least a month for cycles to regulate! :o

I had a bit of a melt down earlier, worried DH a bit, but I'm feeling a bit better now. :o

  • Q - CD05 for me today :(

Maybe I am some sort of good luck charm though, as 8 of my friends have announced pregnancies in the last two months!

Thanks. I agree I mean you only need 1 right? And I guess until you start doing tests you have to assume sperm count is ok.

Ive read about them putting people on the pill for a month too to restart a cycle if someone hasnt had aF for ages.

I find the whole thing weird. They say it can kick start a cycle, but at the same time when you come off the pill they say it can take 6 months to get out your system and get a regular cycle back. But, if you are 12 hours late taking a pill, you should use condoms for a week. and when you come off the pill youre supposed to be really fertile.

i mean really, which is it!!
