Im not sure. Thinking about it, I dont think the woman who had PCOS ever came back either to show what had happened( although admittedly I wasnt watching that episode properly so someone else might have seen the bit if she did!).

But every other person has! So its typical the one who I wanted to see their results didnt.

I might have a look online and see if those type of foods have been proven in any studies to help. Or maybe see if the Channel 4 website says anything.

I guess all you can do is just wait and see unfortunately. It is very annoying because the longer it takes to get AF when coming off the pill, the more you start thinking maybe youre pregnant!

Hi everyone!

I've been lurking here for a while but thought it was about time I finally said hello. This thread is such a Godsend and I've really learnt so much from it. I'm 29 and we've been TTC since May this year with no luck

I'm currently CD28 with no sign of AF yet but after disappointment earlier in the year I'm reluctant to test but keeping my fingers crossed. Looking forward to getting to know some of you

Thanks for the welcome Everyone seems really lovely from the posts I've read. We haven't told anyone we are TTC so it's been really helpful to read people's experiences.

Having some lower tummy cramps tonight and suspect I might be back to CD1 again soon I was very hopeful this month as I have been feeling queasy all week and AF tends to be fairly regular but now I'm not so sure. Ah well. I know I should test to be sure but the ones I ordered haven't arrived yet and I don't want to spend more then have AF arrive the next day, is that nuts?
