Thanks Ladies for your help re cervix position it was helpful
I am on CD11 at the moment which may be about 5/6 days away from OV and under a 3rd way through cycle. It was quite difficult to 'reach' this morning. I'll keep rooting around each dayand see what happens over the next week or so. It was helpful to know that when it is low you really do know about it.. I'll keep my eye out.

Well I woke up at around 4 this morning with really bad cramping (I was nearly sick it hurt that much) and AF style bleeding, so I guess you can take me off the testing list for tomorrow QQ.
I know I shouldn't have, but I got my hopes up that I was pregnant this cycle as I've never had spotting like that, that early (10 dpo and 5 days before AF due - lasted 4 days on and off). Took paracetamols and Moon got up and made me a hot wheatbag and held my hand until I managed to go to sleep. :lovethougEven the cat came in from outside and got onto the bed (although I think that was just a coincidence really). Well I'm off to sulk, and hope I don't get a call for work today, as I could do with a rest. I guess I'm also CD1 now too.
Hugs for all who need or want them, and good luck with your testing tomorrow countrybum.

Ouch! When I was pregnant with DS2 my OH made me a cup of tea while I was watching Desparate Housewives. I was really tired, as I was throughout my pregnancy, but I really liked that programme so wanted to stay up to watch it. He handed me the tea as I lay on the sofa, and inevitably within about 2 minutes, I fell asleep holding a full cup and spilt it all over my thigh and my bump! I ended up in A and E that night with dressings and having bubs monitored for the shock. It was really painful for a few days but healed perfectly and there is no sign now. Apparently pain is a good sign though. If you don't feel pain, its because your nerve endings have been damaged and you have probably done yourself a lot of damage.
My big sister also burned herself very very badly some years ago, when she woke in the night with AF cramps and went to get herself a hot water bottle. She fainted with the kettle in her hand. Fortunately my mum heard her fall and found her very quickly but she still suffered very serious burns and had to have skin grafts over her arms and chest. We tend to take it quite lightly when we splash hot water over ourselves but it can be really nasty. Hope your OH is feeling better soon.
Owwwww and .
OH is OK, it looks a lot worse than it feels according to him, he's got a surprisingly high threshold for pain considering he's a man!Think he's so used to breaking things and getting covered in scrapes and bruises from rugby that he takes it all in his stride. He did say he's sick of it already though which isn't good as he's got a lot of healing to do which is going to take a long time! We're getting in touch with the airline for compensation, will be nice to have a bit of compo cash in the baby fund
QQ, can I please be put down for 10 BFP predictions this month? I think the PMA is going to be good for November and we'll have lots of sticky beans!Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0
