Emsbet hope work wasnt too bad, i remember my first day back at work after my mc, i had 6 months off though. My ex didnt cope very well with my mc and blamed me and it ruined me a bit. What kind of job do you do? Sorry to be nosey, im just trying to get to know people with me being new.

Thanks. It's actually been ok. Just about to leave for the day.
I just work in admin - I used to work as a Paralegal for the CPS but I moved 80 miles away to be with DH and couldn't get a transfer so I'm stuck doing a really mundane job that I really don't like. At least I can look for something new in March (being made redundant) ;)

:eek:I can't believe your ex blamed you! I hope you know that it wasn't your fault. hug_smiley.gif

Roll on March then, there's nothing worse than being stuck in a job that you don't like, my OH is wanting to leave his job desperately cos he hates it but we can't afford for him to just quit so have to wait and see what happens in the upcoming future.

My ex was a !!!!! and i was young and naive took me a while but i know now it wasn't my fault, and now i have a lovely oh who couldn't be more supportive, he knows that things might be hard but he's willing to try even if he does keep telling me he has super sperm lol lol x

I already have two fur babies named Chaos and Oreo, both of whom are currently asleep on the sofa next to me, although Oreo is cuddling my leg lol.
    Cute names:happyhear Pics?
I don't want people to put extra pressure on us if that makes sense?
Good idea, otherwise you'll get lots of well meaning 'are you pg yet?' 'You should relax' etc etc:o

    Glad your day was OK:)
  • Hello ladies, hope your Monday hasn't been too bad.

Hugs to mishka and dj for cd1, I hope you feel better soon. I'm so sorry kitten pie that sounds like the worst thing, there are no words and I'm so sorry you have to be back here.

Emsbet, glad it wasn't too bad - I hope it will help you feel a bit more normal soon if there is such a thing.

I've had a pretty rubbish day, its the first day I've been on my own since the op and it wasn't much fun. I think cause in my head I'm not actually ill its just frustrating not being able to do anything. Working my way through a big pile of books so its not all bad.

Anyone got any exciting Monday night plans, I think there's some spring rolls with my name on :)

  • I love your kitties ikkle! We had beautiful boycats that used to live inside and when we moved to a house with a garden so we could let them outside, they both ran away and never came back :( we have moved since then so took ages to get my head around never seeing them again!

had coffee with an old school friend today who is training to be a doctor, and really close to getting her training contracts. not having seen her for so long, it sort of slipped out that we'd started to try, I'm not even sure how but I'm happy as I'd like her to know if we do struggle and also, she goes away a lot for her training so I only see her about once a year and she would never pressure.

we are going to family planning clinic tomorrow to see if they suggest anything amazing, I doubt it but I'm the type of person who likes to tell professionals everything oddly :S

hugs to all, especially kitten pie. I'm glad your first day back went well, Emsbet.

** Stupid question alert! QQ my withdrawal bleed stopped weds so we have been enjoying some lovely BD :) I'm still on CD whatever though aren't I as I am waiting for my first AF since stopping pill so I can see how long I cycle for?! **
