• I am confused....whats the idea of winning a choccie bar? and (as daft as it sounds, at grand old age of 28) I have never worked out how long my cycles are, or when I ovulate...Alex was a "cant have children, so why bother with jonnies" and I hadnt had a period for 18 mths!

AF only started back in August, and have been (kinda) monthly since (Im breast feeding still, tho only 2-3 times per day) Help...feeling really rather stupid

((hugs)) to those of you having a tough time...if only we could all get pregnant as easily as those girls we knew in secondary school ((hugs)) its why I have decided that once we have had our 2nd baby im going to donate my eggs. Wont help everyone, I know, but at least someone can have some help xx

Don't worry 3muttleys - until I started TTC I hadn't worked out my cycle lengths either, and I'm the same age as you. Cycle day 1 is the first day of full flow (more than a pantyliner needed) of your period. As I have a diary with the mini planner in the back cover, I've listed my periods etc in there, so that I can see at a glance. I now know that mine are between 27-29 days (I tend to spot for 2 days before full flow, so don't count these days).
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

Sugardonut, I'm so sorry for your mc (((hugs))).
What was your 3 days AF like? Was it full flow red AF or just spotting/brown stuff? It could be that you had an anovulatory cycle, and this one is the real AF?
whowants2brich, :rotfl:on jumping on DH blindfolded:rotfl:
Your hpts sounds really positive, it could be a BFP in the making:j
emsbet, sounds like you had a great shopping spree:)
Divorcingjack, (((hugs))) for the biological war(:D), hope it's a pg symptom:o
threemuttleys, the choccie bar is for guessing correctly Secretdebts' next cycle length:D Her iPhone said 61 days (or thereabouts).
As for knowing my cycle length, my mum told me to mark the days AF started on the diary:cool: Don't have all the diaries now mind:o
• Grrrr, I'm so flaming grumpy!!

My skin looks like someone has declared a biological war, I'm COLD, I have a sore back from carrying logs, I can feel a headache coming on, I have a cough and a snottery nose.

And I haven't done any of the work I have to do today because I have no motivation. AND I have to get an early train tomorrow :(

Grump.

That is all.

I feel your pain..Ive got 3 cold sores atm...my face looks like the surface of Mars

Hello everyone and hello threemutleys. Very sorry to have missed your virtual chocolate yesterday. :) I think you’re doing the right thing having babies close together. My sisters (they are twins) have 17 months between us and we’ve always been very close emotionally, even now we’re all grown up and all live 200 miles away.
Glad to see a chap about the place whowants2brich.And hello to you tookittycat! I would just go for it. I got broody yonks ago, lost my job, got a horrible job, lost that one and am only TCC now. Wish I’d been as brave as you!

On the subject of faulty pg tests, I’m pretty sure loads of the tests I did during my 5-month mega cycle looked like that. I’d get so excited but then have to force myself to be realistic. Happily I peed on them all so I have a new batch now.
MrsBryan – hopefully we’ll all join you soon and make it a bit louder in there.
Tink – hope things sort themselves out for you.
I’m trying to decide whether to test tomorrow (I'll be 15DPO) or Saturday or wait until Monday, which should be the day AF is due. That’s assuming she doesn’t come sooner. What do you think?

Snogging mingers!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

That's made me giggle! Poor you though, cold sores are horrible - I hate them. You should really get one of QQ's waggy fingers for picking though

Thanks QQ - I hope it is too :)

I've solved a couple of my problems - there's virtually a whole tree in the stove and I'm stuffed full of stovies and kitkat. .. and I'm actually doing some work .. well I will be in a minute when I finish typing this.

Hugs all,
