    Good morning:wave:
Haven't caught up yet but so far:

emsbet, good luck getting the letter signing you off from the doctor. Otherwise take colli with you:p
Flee, hope your flu is better today:o (Unless it was an early pg symptom:p).
    Pot8o, hugs for AF
    smiley_hug.gif
    So CBFM missed a peak:(
Hope CBFM will catch it this cycle:o Keep an eye out for the second line (pee end). The latest it'll ask for the sticks is CD9.
    mrshappy, congrats on your job:T
    Great timing for a baby:cool:
Rebekah, your temps are still looking good. Relax, step away from Google and let the bean have a chance:p
squ1rrel, I don't have dryness but why not use a baby friendly lube next time? (((hugs))).

    Hi sararara

I felt exactly the same as you after my first miscarriage. This time round though I am far easier to take on board that it could have been an issue with either me or DH or a combination of us both, and that we really are in things together. I don't know whether this is because we now know that he has higher than normal morphology which can be a factor, or because we now have a child with a disability which is likely to have been caused by a genetic malformation (not an inherited one) which could have come from either one of us (chromosomal and genetic problems with the baby are also a possible cause). And of course I am older now, so it could be my elderly eggs not his doddery sperm.

The point being that there isn't any way of knowing what caused the loss, so no way to ascertain fault, even if blame lies at all in these circumstances which short of deliberately trying to damage your baby, I don't believe it ever does.

The only way I can keep positive about trying again is by believing that this was just dreadful luck for us both, and there is no reason to suppose it will happen again.

As for where your body is, have you been using OPKs and do you know when your HPT turned negative again after the loss. I tested negative 2 days after my bleeding stopped and had a positive OPK 10 days later. My AF was 15 days after the positive OPK.

ttc40 - can you not just say you cant afford it? or that you are saving up for something?

meant to say on my last post
hugs for CD1's and anyone else thats need them

No - it's a holiday we have been talking about for a while and they know we can afford it. They also know (like you) 'I love holidays'.

What they don't know is that we have had an about turn on whether to have a baby.

I don't want to tell them as the statistics are not in our favour and I can do without pressure of people knowing and sympathy if it doesn't happen.

    I'm realistic not pessimistic!

And I've been meaning to say since I joined this thread, how amazing is Q for keeping the sticky going? Not to mention the knowledge she shares ( although that also applies to many others too).

What a great place for us all to hang out!

  • Morning all,

I'm now 8 days late to my normal cycle :(

But still no pg ss or AF ss so I'm in limbo :(

and i have been in a bad mood for the last fue days, i was on one (as my OH calls it) last night, told them all if they didn't buck up they could all move out and leave me alone :rotfl:. i can laugh now but i was very series last night.

I hate not knowing whats going on :(.

    Sorry to have a rant.

Big hugs to all that need them xxx

I'm here lurking at this stooooopid hour! i'm on nightshift though so I have an excuse! Nearly hometime!

Just wanted to say that I think Emsbet is an amazing person. you've been through so much recently yet here you are offering advice and support to others. Sorry to hear your work are being unsupportive but hopefully a docs note will put a stop to that.
