At least AF arrived in time for you to go out drinking though 2ba3c! Better today than tomorrow (obv. not at all would be preferable!)

((hugs)) rebekah, sorry you're feeling down. Don't know what to suggest RE your DH but I think you're wise to give yourselves a break next cycle. Getting stressed about it all won't help TTC and will just put a strain on your relationship with DH. You never know, NTNP might just do the trick

Nothing to report from me as I am in the 2ww so I am trying to keep myself distracted! Had a nice day gardening today and popped round my friend's new house for a cuppa this avo. Lovely having this bonus bit of sunshine

Im new, and have just posted a thread about PCOS and the like.....just wondering if i can join in your wonderful thread to keep my spirits up and to have a bit of a giggle, i'm currently TTC (wahoo thats the only abbreviation i remembered!!) and have PCOS...ovarian cysts...not ovulating...all sorts going on really!!!

Hi everyone, back off my hols now!! What a fab week its been, we've been very lucky. How good was that weather!!!
Lovely relaxing time in the beautiful countryside! I was a bit unprepared with my choice of clothing though - packed for lots of cold but cosy nights infront of a roaring log fire - no such luck!!

As for ttc I should probably be ashamed of myself as have eaten lots of naughty foods and drank far too much all week (scrumpy cider is so refreshing in the sunshine!). :beer:
My OH insisted that we bring a carfull home with us so I will be trying to avoid that now we are back!

I am due to be testing in a few days but I think I can feel AF coming on - it could also be me feeling unsettled due to the overeating/heat etc but I have a feeling its my normal AF symptoms setting in ready for the next few days.

Will keep an open mind but seeing as I have ignored the possibility and drank like theres no tomorrow it would only be fair for AF to come along as normal. :doh:

Hope everyone here is well? Have I missed anything exciting?
I have skimmed the last few pages but theres so much to catch up on, will have to try and read back over the next couple of days.

Last cycle on ovulated on day 9, which is unsual for me, think it was because i had just stopped taking the mini pill. Normally my cycles are 28 to 32 days. When i got pregnant with my little boy, it was my first month of tempting and it said i ovulated on day 17, but i think it was more like day 14. Last cycle i got ewcm.

I felt most of it run out. Whatta waste after all that hastle to get it in the 1st place. Sigh. This game is too emotional for me i'm taking next month off. The pressure I put on us and the timing etc is immense and just not worth it.

Sounds like you had a bad 24 hours. Hugs.
Hope you can try and relax and see what happens. I know exactly what you mean about the pressure.

TMI: My OH does not produce much "love juice" during sex, so we have been using lubrication since we started having sex. This month no lube, just incase it affects sperm. Just saliva to help. Now I have become a bit sore and slightly bleeding. I am just about to OV as well.
What should I do to stop the soreness without affecting the sperm? It is not painful but is slightly sore.

I considered using preseed but by the time it arrives I will have gone past OV. If no joy this month then I will try it next.

Not sure about saliva killing sperm if it mixes with my juices. Anyone know?

Otherwise I am going to be out of baby making this month then until I get preseed delivered for next month.

Boots sell conceive, so I might call and get some of that tomorrow.

Oh honey I know what you mean. Ever since me and hubby got married I suffered from vaginismus. Horrid condition. I could not have pain free sex - The pain at times I had to breath through and it shouldn't be like that!:eek: It was partly due to my fear of sex and the rumours of it being painful so I tensed up and partly due to being on the pill! I had next to no lubrication whatsoever so the friction was mad. But by the time I had sorted out this issue I had then built up a fear that every time we did it - it would hurt bad and the tensing cycle just kept on going. Actually I dunno why i'm telling you this when it's not your problem lol. But once I came off the pill and my natural wet came back I was so glad. Guess I just wanna say I hear you and feel for you on the sore part! I have just brought pre seed from ebay and it came 2 days after I ordered.
