  • Oh dear, I really must find something to do instead of SSing! Why is it that the last few days are the worst for it?:o I'm getting so annoyed with myself, it's CD23 and last month I had a 24 day cycle, so did a cheeky FR test today cos I've run out of IC's and was still annoyed to see a bfn! Oh well, another 30 IC's are on their way, so I can pee as much as I want then, lol.
I don't think I had really realised what an emotional rollercoaster I was getting onto when we started ttc but there's no way I'm getting off now:rotfl:
Will need to have a look for my PMA when I'm doing the housework-it must be here somewhere!:)

Went out on a hen do last night, but didn't drink too much just in case! :o
    Well done:T
I'm another one who should really be trying to lose weight, but find it very difficult. I think if I was a little more active it would help. Doesn't help that I have an office job, then just veg out in the evenings. And the fact that I just love food! :o
I'm the same:o I'm doing it the easy way by cutting down on portion sizes, carbs and snacks:o

I know:o And I should know better since I've been doing it for years:p

I know where my PMA is, it's a bag of KitKat hidden away inside the cupboard;) (Haven't touched it at all this weekend).

Kaemi....I am on Myfitnesspal. Havent used it since my BFP tho i must admit, not sure it can calculate it all etc for pregnancy? I found it really helpful! And its free ;) good luck! I`m still going to the gym, and at 17 weeks now i have only gained 4lb :D so rather chuffed! (also found out today i`m having a blue bean this time! )
Hope you ladies are all well, take care and sbdta xx

I know there is a thread on there for pg ladies exercising, I've said hi on the TTC thread over there too. I'm impressed you're still at the gym and have such a small gain, I do wonder what exercise is recommended/banned during pg and intend to look into it when I need to, as I don't like the idea of vegging out and gaining the weight of 5 babies rather than 1!

You must be so chuffed to have a blue bean to join your girls, huge congratulations x

    Who eats potatoes with chips?
The Irish. When I went over to see my now DH one time we went for a Sunday lunch with his dad, and the meat came with carrots, cabbage, roasties, mash and chips. I couldn't believe it!
Quick question (again lol). I've been getting darker lines on the opk - not quite as dark as the test line but very nearly so think I should be bding tonight. Husbands just got back from the pub and is quite tiddly (& annoying), plus I believe that he has erm tmi already relieved himself (judging by the tv being on a rude channel when I got home). Sooooooo I don't think he's up to dtd & with the day I've had at work today & not feeling too well would it be ok to bd tommorrow night instead - or would that put us out of the game?:(

I don't OV until about 36 hours after the dark line so you may well be fine. My OH would be bleeding on the floor though if I came home to see him watching !!!!!!, certainly no BDing for him under any circumstance so you're a more tolerant lady than me!
Ok I'm now convinced I didn't ovulate or something. Stupid body why can't it work properly and get me pregnant for petes sake! I had enough sex!!! Spotting again and massive temperature dip so i'm out i'm sure now. why the hell it decided to mess me around with spotting from Tuesday god knows. But there must be something really wrong going on as it shouldn't do that for a week before. Grrrrrrr. I'm so angry at myself for evening thinking this was our month. Sooo embarrassing. And i'm really upset that it won't be a conceptionmoon and June birth. Grrrrrrr. Right off to church. That should put me in my right mind. I don't even have the right to moan there are people here in a far worse position than me and this is only month 3 ...

Hey hon. I've been there and had this rant. I'm just trying to remember each time AF comes that even if you do everything right, you're both in the prime of fertile health, there is still only a 25%-30% chance of getting pregnant on any one cycle. It doesn't mean you didn't ovulate or there is anything wrong with you. Were you on hormonal contraception before TTC? I think prolonged spotting before AF is a sign of your progesterone levels dropping quite quickly (I could be mistaken though) and your body might still be getting used to the new hormone levels. Its nothing to worry about this early on though, and for many women its quite normal for them - it may be a case of learning what is normal for you off contraception.

QQ I take 7 tablets on days 3-7 of the holland and barrett ones, do you think I am taking too much!! No EWCM like I had last month, feel a bit wet at times(sorry tmi) Have started vit B6( think someone says it may help as I have had mcs in past) not sure when to take these and how often or if they are the right B vitamins.

2ba3c, did you temp this morning? I know you are busy this morning:p

:D This was the least stressful insemination we've done!

I did! It was 36.2 celcius (I think you do yours in farenheit?)

It was exactly the same temp as yesterday and day before. I got DW to take hers too, in case it was broken.. it wasn't!

What do you think this means, I haven't ovulated yet?

We used preseed this time, because I didnt have much in the way of CM, which was slightly worrying. The was some, but it was 'bitty' like, I cant think of ay other way to describe it.... there wasn't any stretching between the fingers, or a substantial amount.

160mg? That's the equivalent of 80mg Clomid, so not that much more than the lowest dose of 50mg. Did you take less last cycle?

You can take Vit Bs all through the cycle:) Ideally you'd take Vit B100 complex, as Vit Bs work better together.

    I've been Money Tipped!
Hi B-girl. Welcome!! I also missed my depo shot at the beginning of May and I'm ovulating for the first time this month (think it will be either today or tomorrow). So I think we must be about the same! I couldn't get on with the temping as mine were always all over the place too so I'm using the opk sticks. I've not got the monitor, just using cheapie sticks so if the temps aren't working for you you could maybe try these?

Thanks! That reassures me a lot! Glad that your body is getting back to normal, hopefully mine will soon too. Took your advice and got some OPK sticks from the cheapie shop so will see if I am OV or not :)

Trying to live a good life on little money :T
