MrsH - sorry that you have had to come to the decision. Words seem inadequate when I don't know you in RL but hope that you find your own way to deal with it.

Does Kavics still lurk on here? I think she was going to tell her OH over the weekend - wondered how she had got on?

Appt with FS booked for tomorrow night. Feeling apprehensive if I think about it - but work is busy so keeping my mind off it.

Appt not until late - so gives me chance to go home & shower before the appt - extra clean bits essential.......

Think OH will learn alot about cycles etc. when I answer questions which I assume will be asked. I think he is clueless! Not a criticism, as he has got to his mid forties without needing to know!

It's the next step in the journey - just wish it was a magic wand.

Thanks for all your kind words ladies-I have a ttc goody bag up for grabs-25 ic's, a digi, a superdrug pregnancy test (both expiry dates next year sometime) and 5 CB ov tests (don't know when they expire, I bought them in December-will check later and edit as appropriate). Man vits, folic acid and soy all went in the bin as they had been opened! I have loads of cough mix-so well stocked up for next winters colds as I'm not drinking it like a madwoman any more!
So if anyone wants a bundle of tests PM me and I'll get them posted!

Just catching up after a few days away. mrshappy I am so sorry to hear of your news and your decision. You sound exceptionally courageous at what must be a dreadful time for you and your OH. I wish you both well for the future and peace with this news over time. xx

CD1 for me today :( this just gets harder each month. Phoned hospital for hsg test as have to call on cd1 as the test has to be done by cd10 but they only do the test on tue mornings and so surprise surprise no appointments available for next tuesday and have to phone again next month on my next cd1 :( just so depressing that I am running out of time for ivf and they won't refer me till after test and yet I can't get a date for the test. The hospital told me today that it takes an average of three months to get a test date :( Sorry for the moan but just wanted to get it off my chest!
