It's just such a shame. He was such a lovely bloke *sigh*
That is a shame. Hopefully the change is a temporary one and he'll be back to his usual self soon.
If it's any consolation, I'm a church-going Christian and really couldn't give a monkeys who's having sex with who so long as it's all consensual and everyone's happy. I'm not presuming to speak for God of course (bit forward, lol), but from what I know of him he delights in love, wherever it's found. Whether that's between a man and woman or a same-sex couple, I honestly don't see any difference and I've never been to a church that does either.
Sorry that's so off-topic... I'm really rambling today
Hugs for the BFN, fingers crossed it's just too early to show up.0 -
hello ladies!
DB- I wish you all the best and hope evrything is ok
MLB- Massive congrats! I love seeing pics of TLP/BFPs!
QQ- fingers crossed for your blastocyst, I have a good feeling for you
COMP- I still think i'm a newbie but at the same time i feel like ive been on this thread forever...:p
Lily- Not to steal QQ's fingers wagging but its far too early to test, remember we're all PUPO (pregnant until proven other wise)!
Everyone else, I give big hugs to all who need them
AFM- I'm CD27, 14 DPO, AF is due today, not arrived yet, trying not getting my hopes up but i have no pre-AF symptoms at all. Not even been devouring chocolate or jumping on mr diva (which is normally what happens lol)! I'm staying positive and im PUPO lol! :TSaving money like a trouper...0 -
Hello, hope everyone had a good Easter weekend, I've taken an extra couple of days off and am babysitting my niece tomorrow :j
QQ, could you please take me off the list, it seems to finally have sunk in that our TTC journey is over. We are back at the FS next week, but after 3 SA's with nothing and the FS's opinion that mrh carries the cystic fybrosis gene which seems to be causing his rubbish SA's as he has bits missingI really have to accept that it is not going to happen and move on. We have discussed at great length our options at this stage and have decided against any further treatment-the first thing would be for mrh to have procedure to see if there are any sperm in his testes, which would cost over £1000, then if there are any it would be another procedure to retrieve and store them (£4000) then IVF. We have decided not to go ahead with the first test as I/we couldn't deal with knowing he had swimmers there (if that turned out to be the case) and we just couldn't afford the rest of the treatment. Clearing out the medicine cabinet and chucking out the "man vitamins" is what brought it all home to me at the weekend.
Thank you all so much for your wonderful support during this emotional rollercoaster, where else would I be able to join in chats about some of the more bizarre body functions we have discussed in depth here? :rotfl: You are all wonderful amazing ladies, and I wish each and every one of the very best in your TTC journey.

Aww, you ladies are lovely. I know, I have asked DH to hide all the pregnancy tests I have! (He has also hidden all the easter choc because I want to shift some fat!)
Re: my friend. I hope I didn't cause any offence with my Christian remark, that wasn't my intention. I totally agree with you tea lover -IMO, as long as everyone is happy it doesn't matter who is in a relationship with who.
Diva - Fingers crossed for you! When are you going to test?
MrsHappy - I didn't understand all the abbreviations in your post but I wish you all the best for the future. Have a lovely time with your neice tomorow14th October 201020th October 20113rd December 20130 -

It took bloody ages to read back through, and I skim-read a lot out of necessity, but I was disappointed there weren't more bfps. It's very strange because I hate anouncements in rl but on here I am almost willing people to post good news.
One of DHs relations announced her pregnancy last week. She is not even a month gone and it seems weird she has told everyone so soon. They weren't even trying either, though they were planning on trying in the summer and the baby is very much wanted. Does seem a bit unfair though.
AF is just tailing off for me (CD5) and I've invested in some cheapo ov prediction things for this monh. At least it will give me some info on whether I actually ovulate or not.
Qquaver I'm so pleased about your eggy
mrshappy I'm sorry your journey is at an endand want to wish you all the best fo the future
Huge congratulations mlb and fingers crossed everything is ok definitely blonde.0 -

Not at all! I hope my reply didn't cause any offence either! I just think sometimes that the shouty, judgemental types are the ones that get noticed and it's nice for people outside of the church to know that the majority of Christians are just normal (well, normal ish :rotfl:)
But I have sidetracked the thread more than enough for one day... promise I'll be quiet now0
