Morning,
Good luck QQ for today!!!
Have a nice week everyone!:smileyheaBaby Aida is here :j:j:jBaby fund - £3140/£60000 -
Morning ladies, hope all is well. De-lurking just to give you an update. Got my appointment through for my scan to see if I have PCOS. A week tomorrow, not sure how long I have to wait for results after that though, or whether they can tell me there and then? Not sure how it works?
Decided to tell my mum and dad about our ttc journey - Im very close to my parents and they usually know everything so felt bad about not telling them about my various doctors appointments and also thought it might stop them dropping hints about grandchildren every now and again.
Wishing I hadn't bothered now as now I am getting rather random fertility tips from them whenever I see them!
Wishing everyone a good week, fingers crossed for lots of Easter bfp's!0 -
Ps while I'm here can I please predict 8 bfps this month?0

Nicki - hugs for bfn, really hope it was just to soon to test for you and af doesn't show up. I thought your post yesterday was tactfully put.
Tinks - love the bunting, it looks really great. I would love to do something like that but have no creative talent at all.
QQ - good luck today. Can I predict 10 for this month please.
Squirrel - glad you got a date for your test, I know for me that I find it easier if I have dates to work towards. I don't know about timing of results but hope you don't have to wait too long.0 -

:rotfl:at your mum and dad-in a nice way of course! My mum was full of useful advice such as "have lots of sex" okay mum, thanks, we hadn't thought of that! :rotfl:0 -
Morning ladies,
just delurking with a quick question as I can't seem to find an answer anywhere and I know someone here will know!
I've started temping this cycle and FF is now confusing me. I'm on CD29, with no sign of ov so far. FF has now put green squares around the date on this coming fri, sat & sun. I guess it means that when it expects me to be fertile but what it is basing it on?
This is my first cycle using it, and so far all the temps have just been pretty level - so how has it picked the end of this week?
Any ideas gratefully received?!
Right - am now off to read the last few pages and catch up with you all x.0 -
Morning all - sooo chilly today, and frost expected later in the week! What is the world coming too, and there I was sat in the car with DH yesterday making plans for spring/summer..!
Congrats to all those with BFPs :j havent checked to see how many there were in march so will have a look in a min
Been really busy last week so havent posted much, my best friend just got married. She asked me to wait so we could get pregnant at the same time :rotfl: if only it was that easy!
I'm 11 or 12DPO today, not feeling pregnanty at all, and no change in my sense of smell (for some reason I really expect that to be the biggest change as I have no sense of smell normally!)
I did POAS on Sat morning (10DPO), but nada..
I've decided not to bother with the HPT, and just wait til AF. I have a feeling its not this month, if only because I was quite stressed right after our BDing days, and also, everyone I was talking to about TTC were telling me how they only conceived when they stopped trying..
So how do you TTC without trying??
Anyway, been still charting my temp, and getting the hang of it now, its not the prettiest but looks about right!
Have a good mon morn everyone
PS tea lover maybe its based on your other signs, if you've been putting any in, like CM and secondary signs??We got rid of the kids. The cat was allergic.

I know there was some discussion the other day about accupuncture prices. I have just spoken to a practitioner & the cost is £35 for first session & £30 for subsequent. Each one is about 40 mins. I'm in Yorkshire.
He has recommended them weekly (although was quite honest about conflicting opinion about whether or not it helps). He said he used it on his partner when TTC as they had difficulties. I said I was a bit over the hill at 40 - he said he had successfully treated a 42 year old (obviously my PMA means I believe everything he tells me).
I'm in Westfield Health so can claim 75% back - so the cost isn't really an issue to me, but it isn't a cheap option. He said that you would need to try it for a few cycles to give it a fair go.
That said, it's easier & cheaper than other TTC if it achieves success.
Oo TTC40, how can you clain acupuncture costs back? DH has private healthcare from work and Im on it, so could I do the same?
What do you claim it under?
Still really exp here and have looked at a few clinics now, Im going to have to travel a bit for cheaper acupuncture, but Im sooo lazzzyyWe got rid of the kids. The cat was allergic.
