Don't know how my MIL is doing, as I had to go to my IVF appt:o
IVF appt was fine, egg collection should be in few days

morocha, good to see you back, fingers crossed you ov'd a tad later than you thought:)
Definitely Blonde, the IVF has already started, I'm on CD12 at the moment. They'll give me something to stop ov, and they'll take the eggs out sometime around CD17 if my past cycles are anything to go by:o

I'm on one of those new 'mild' IVFs, so they don't know when I'll ov:o

Aida, I suppose ewcm varies from person to person, but mine is translucent, maybe a bit cloudy.

As for the holiday, I'd book it, but perhaps one of those where you don't end up losing everything if you are pg. Something where you only have to pay a deposit?

As for shortening your cycles, you could try doing some abdominal exercises. That seems to encourage ov for me:o

Been just lurking and reading the last few days again. Firstly been enjoying the sun far too much and therefore sat in the garden, and am now a ikkle bit (read bright red) sunburnt. Secondly have been finding it too tough the last couple of months, so trying to stay away and deal with things on my own, as my annoyance was just turning into rage with my OH.

Was chatting with OH last night and we are going to carry on as normal trying but try and take the pressure off. He was also talking to a collegue at his work, who has adopted children and it's removed a lot of the stigma he felt came with it. So much so that he phoned up out County Council (after talking it through) and we have started the first stage of the very very long process of adoption. It is something we have been discussing for several years now, not something we are just jumping into. The house inspection will happen in about a months time.
