hello Lily! welcome along, hope your stay is short and sweet :D If your last af was about 2 weeks ago CD15 sounds about right. Sounds like you've got the right attitude about taking a relaxed approach, making a baby should be fun so enjoy it ;). I agree with the nurse too about losing weight there's nothing to stop you trying for a baby and dropping a bit of extra padding at the same time. Big Zippy on here has lost LOADS and is a real inspriation! As long as you're not being too restrictive it can only help with fertility and will make it easier for you when you do get pg.

think I'm oving today, not sure. I usually have ov pain and ewcm at the same time but have had ov pain off and on since Monday but only had ewcm last night and a bit today so not sure which one to go with. Any suggestions? Hope it was earlier as we bd Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed but were both too tired yesterday and gave it a go this morning but ran out of time :o will try again tonight though, I've got my new pants on especially :p

Thanks colli :) No, I won't be too restrictive (but I don't eat meat) just need to eat more fruit and veg, and also be a bit more active too! Still, all the BD will be exercise too. :D

Fingers crossed tonight's the night for you! ;)

If the first day of my last period was cycle day 1, then I'm on 15. Does that sound right? :o
Sounds right, seems you have your BDing sorted as well:D

    She lost 2 stones:cool:

I lost 2 pounds, then gained them back on again after a holiday of a lifetime in the summer, so back to my normal self:o
    Must get back to shape!:j

I'd go with ewcm, ov pain can happen before, during and/or after ov:o
Still, all the BD will be exercise too. :D
It is:cool: Can't remember off hand, but I read it is about 30mins worth of workout/BD:D

  • Hi Lily and Jovichick ...:wave: welcome, hope you have a short stay (in the nicest way of course)

Wow, Zippy a 2 stone loss is fab well done you! I tried to lose weight but not doing so well.. I lose some then put it back on again :(:(

I too need to get more active.... I just need to push myself to get started as I seem to be ok after the first couple of days... I suppose it is getting into a new routine.

I have my grapefruit juice and have had my first glass too. Is just one glass a day all that is needed or should I have a couple? It didn't taste as bad as I remembered too.

I also bought some 2 small cartons of Alpro flavoured soy milk (just cuz I like it) but now I am concerned it may muck up my cycle...would just 2 cartons have a detrimental affect? or am I just over thinking things?
