Me too! Just found this online!

Maybe oat milk during ovulation or toast for breakfast? Relaxed approach is going out of the window, change in breakfast routine is needed! :rotfl:

And what's all this about grapefruit juice? I can't stand the stuff!

I have my grapefruit juice and have had my first glass too. Is just one glass a day all that is needed or should I have a couple? It didn't taste as bad as I remembered too.
    One glass should be fine:)
I also bought some 2 small cartons of Alpro flavoured soy milk (just cuz I like it) but now I am concerned it may muck up my cycle...would just 2 cartons have a detrimental affect? or am I just over thinking things?
You are over thinking, so long as you don't overdo, anything you eat is fine in moderation:)

Soy stuff is very good pre ov, not after ov.

Thanks QQ. I know I get all silly about stuff and probably ask stupid questions.... so thanks everyone for being patient. Sometimes I feel like an uninformed teenager not a 38 year old woman!!!

Hurray ... I will have it now... keep looking longingly at the choco milk in the fridge.

Awww bigZ you got me coming over all emotional that we're DPO buddies.

Packed for Ireland this morning. No HPTs but put the mooncup in the bag. AF due monday - I'll update tuesday if I've needed it or if I've tested that morning. Temp this am very low, and I forgot to bring the thermometer with me, so not holding out any hope really between the low temps and cramps (a bit stabby this month, not keen). Got the antibiotics this morning too. Nurse couldn't have cared less that we were trying despite it saying on the pack not to take them if you are.

Thanks to those who wished my OH well. He's holding out okay, I'm stressed I didn't have time to take his trousers up so he's going to look like he borrowed the suit for the funeral.

Which are they? The only ones I'm forbidden (so far) on TTC grounds are Trimethoprim - Doc wrote that in big capitals! (and he's normally laid back) Hope you're feeling better soon :o

Good luck with it, meeting family again, etc, and hope you're not all too upset :o
