Can someone remind me (in a non medical advice type way) of the various vitamins/supplements that can be taken when TTC.
Got Hubby on the muultivitamins and zinc and I was taking folic acid and something else which I've now lost and can't quite remember what it was. I seem to remember it being vitamin B complex or something like that. Does that sound TTC related?0 -
Good evening all, and welcome lily, I would do a wavy smilie, but they aren't working for me tonight!
Happy birthday secretdebts, every time I read through the posts I think of what I have to say and then by the time I get to the end I've forgotten all my intelligent, insightful and witty comments and I can't work out how to mutiquote like some of you clever ladies!:o
Well, that's me into my 2 week symtom spot oops, I mean wait, lol, I'm feeling good about this month, but if I don't get the result I want I will head back to my GP, she is really good and has already told me not to hang about and keep trying for too long if nothing is happening because of my age (38) I'm not going to think too much about it for another couple of weeks.
Thank goodness it's friday-although I have brought a pile of work home:mad:0 -
Happy Birthday secretdebts!
Legal Blonde, I am the same re putting off getting fit/losing weight. I need to lose about a stone and a half to get down to a healthy BMI but I keep thinking that if I get pregnant I'm going to get fat anyway so what's the point? I know that's not the right attitude though and dropping some of the weight is bound to help with getting pg in the first place. I just need to get a bit more motivated.0 -

I took folic acid, agnus castus and b6. I believe the b6 is supposed to help reduce miscarriage and also reduce morning sickness.
I didn't get DH to take anything but I did read up on all the vitamins that were good for TTC and planned our meals so they contained high levels of these.

Hey everyone, I'm back. Got some EWCM 2 days ago so will be doing plenty of BDing this weekend. Anyway, got some good news yesterday. My sister got her BFP after IVF yesterday morning. Obviously, I'm happy for her, but wish I could join her. I'm just surrounded by pregnant people at the moment and yesterday I was with my pregnant boss (just back from maternity leave) and had 3 people comment on how I'd want to catch up with her and how they all thought I'd be preggers before her. She knows about my mc so she was mortified and the whole situation was just awkward!!Overpay Mortgage by £9,100 in 2013 - £9,316.16/£9,100

Hi all, firstly a huge congrats to Skintchick, I only saw today, brilliant news.
For me it's just turned out to be CD1  which is a big surprise as I'm a week early, and at my shortest cycle ever of 24 days. I guess things still haven't settled since mc, not that I was ever all that regular. It's just been a big surprise today  I hadn't prepared myself and as though I was only in the middle of two week ss'ing stage! Sorry for waffling!
Big glass of wine anyone?! (Except Skintchick - you're not allowed :rotfl:)0
