    Afternoon,

So sorry Sa-ra-ra-ra, hope the clinic will be able to detect the problem and sort it out!

Hugs for those who need it, sorry, I kept reading the thread but didn't have the chance to answer.

I'm now CD11, low on CBFM, I think ovulation is a week away still so might try to seduce OH every other day this week. It will be hard as I'm so tired, not sure why.

Fannyanna - yay that is great news :j of course we care !

I don't know what is going on with my body. I have been feeling sick almost constantly since a few days before AF. My AF stopped about cd 5 and I am now cd11 and my 5th high on the cbfm when I normally only get 2-3 highs before my peak. TMI - I have just been to the loo and I have red/pink cm, and quite a lot of it, on my pantyliner and when I wipe - I don't know what it happening with my body as never had this before and this is our last cycle before we see the fs and I wanted to ensure we did all we could this month and now I feel like my body is not right at all this cycle :(:(

Well PMA went down a little after feeling so wonderful last night, AF started this morning a couple of days early much to my surprise, with no warning what so ever. So CD1 for me again.

The holiday has given me some inspiration to join the gym though, because I work evenings I don't do anything during the day and have really realised that I need to do something about my weight, as I am very overweight. To be frank my weight could well be having a negetive effect on us trying for a baby. So going to have a look this afternoon for recommendations for one in the area.

    Hi all

Hope you don't mind me asking a little advice. We have been return.g for baby this month, but pregnancy is unlikely due to having to use contraception at fertile time due to waiting for smear results, anyway I am 4 days late for my period have no real pregnancy or period symptoms, only feeling sick but I have ibs, so I feel sick for no reason quite often anyway. I did pregnancy test on Sunday and that was negative. I normally have between a 25 and 27 day cycle and I am now on day 30. I don't really know what to do now. Shall I wait till weekend if no period test again? Any advice is very welcome.

P.s. the only strange thing I have had is the weird stretching feeling in your cervix, but that stopped about 3 days ago now

    Nicki, what's PUPO?

    ?

An extreme form of PMA during the 2ww :D. It stands for pregnant until proven otherwise. Usually used after IVF treatment when you know a fertilised embie is in there and the only question is will it implant.

Sorry for those having a hard time today and those on Cd1

Vesper that's exactly the reason i've joined the gym :o fat cells prodcue oestrogen which is why men get moobs and obviously the more oestrogen you have in your body the more it messes up your cycle. very scientifically put i know.

i have PCOS as well which is exacerbated by a high weight whilst making it hard to lose weight as it causes hyperinsulinemia (or hyperinsulinemia causes PCOS, they're so closely linked no one knows which is which). insulin issues are thought to cause miscarriages in PCOS ladies as well, which is why they're given metformin. losing just 10% of your bodyweight can have a dramatic effect on it all. i had nonexistant/incredibly irregular periods, lost nearly 3 stone and they went to exactly every 35 days and i made a baby which we unfortunately lost.

now that i've put weight on i can tell it's made a difference to my hormone balance, not just cos periods are slightly irregular but i'm hairier and spottier, just what you want when you're trying to convince DH to make love frequently lol

so i'm going to eat a low gi diet and lift weights as puttin on muscle helps regulate insulin. and a little bit of High Intensity Training so that i work up a proper sweat and feel good about it lol

the program i'm following, if anyone is interested, is here:
