Im still LOLing at the botty pain!!!

Fanyanna, I have PCOS and use CBFM, in conjunction with cheap OPKs and bbt. I love all three, because the CBFB gives me some notice, the OPKS pin it down to within hours, and the BBT confirmed I have actually ovulated.

Next month I'm going to try the mr T Chesty cough med, because I notice a distinct lack of CM my end and I think its Vit B, or B6 (sorry QQ can you remind me again which one it is) to lengthen your luteal phase.

I've tried Soy Isoflavones in the past too (once) and had a longer cycle. I think its a natural version of Chlomid.

I've been taking cough medicine as well this month (not for fertility reasons, just I've had a cough for a couple of weeks), and have noticed a huge difference in CM. TMI but there's loads of it! I also do take Agnus Castus, and folic acid and use a CBFM (still on a high at the moment.)
I get on the best with the CBFM, and to me it's well worth the money I paid for it. I never got on with OV sticks, but at the time I was using them I hadn't got a clue vaguely when I ov'd. And my sleep pattern is all over the place so I wake up at completely different times according to what day it is, so temping wouldn't be for me.

    Happy birthday Flee.
I'm off down the pub later to meet the girlies, but I'm going to be good alcohol wise. Typical the first time they come for a drink in my village and I don't have to drive, and I'm near OV. Boo.
Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.

How much of the Agnus Castus do you take? I've tried googling but it seems everyone is taking different amounts.

Is it Agnus Castus that you take up to ovulation or do you take it all the time?

I take Agnus Castus (600mg a day) from CD1 to OV
    Soy Isoflavones (600mg a day)
CBFM because im awful at doing complicated things!!!! I paid around £40 for it on ebay with a boxfull of sticks. So far it has been accurate.
    I also take prenatal vitamins.

I think i will start the cough medicine next cycle. We are due a high tomorrow or Friday, wish us luck!!

Well I have used Mr t cough medicine this month and have not needed lube. My OH does not produce his own lube so relied on mine. A bit painful getting in but when in, it has been moist. So does work.
    Sorry for tmi

Very grateful for the TMI! Its good to know how it works for others.

There's a US med I take when I have a cold and it gives me CM in abundance!! So I think I know what its like!

How much have you been taking Flee?
