Mrs Toast - yes, CD1 is the first day of AF (full red flow, so if you have spotting the day before that wouldn't count).

We're trying to keep it relaxed too but BDing every 2-3 days so there's always fresh sperm available no matter when I Ov. this is what Doctors and the NICE guidelines recommend. In fact if you google the NICE guideline it's quite informative on what works and what doesn't

Studies show that people using OPKs are no more likely to get pregnant than those having sx every 2-3 days but obviously those who find it harder to have frequent sx find OPKs useful x x

My body chose today, with man flu and very poorly mil back in hospital, to soak through more than a night time ultra pad in less than an hour. :mad: haven't slept all night, and had to come back from the hospital to change, because I'd leaked through my jeans too :mad:

Cannot even tell you how much I am beyond having had enough.:mad::wall:

BZ - sending massive hugs to you, really hope the bleeding eases off as that sounds horrible and all you need on top of mil being back in hospital.


Just seen the nurse at my doctors surgery who took a swab to test for chlamydia and said result should be back in a week. I also phoned fs to make my first appointment but they are so busy they have stopped giving appointments out over the phone and told me that they will send a letter with my appointment date in next 7 days.

Hugs to Tealover for annoyingly long cycle and to all the others who are having a hard time.
