Trying for a Baby Part 7

Yes keep taking it until you conceive however long that takes and for 3 months afterwards. Why wouldn't you? It is dirt cheap to buy and has no side effects afaik. Your body doesn't store it for long, so if you stop taking it for 6 months, then are lucky enough to conceive you are running an increased risk of having a baby with an often preventable disability.0

Evening ladies
Well the good news is that our cat seems to be improving after the antibiotics etc earlier. She even ate a little bit of food which was her first on 48 hours. Shes still nowhere near herself, but is now coming to us for fussing rather than hiding herself away. Thank you everyone for their well wishes, looks like she is all set for a full recovery.
And we brought forward the car repairs til tomorrow what with all the snow and this mornings issues. Loved your idea earlier QQ - think I may have to go into work armed with something yummy and hope my brother is feeling generous with his labour rate tomorrow
Hope you enjoyed your chocolate fix Tinkwings! Could do with one of them myself :rotfl:
Nikki - glad to know its not just me who looks VERY hard for the faint line on the pregnancy tests! Almost convinced myself I saw one this morning! Altho I may still be in with a chance with still no sign of AF 2 days late - eeekkkk :j
Didn't get chance to buy a clear blue test today, so I will definately be waiting til weds to try again.
Collected my DD back from school tonight (my ex has her for 5 days a fortnight) so the house is back to being full of noise and giggles again :T :jMarried my lobster in July 2011
TTC # 2 since Oct 2011 - good things come to those who wait
 2013 is going to be our lucky year :dance:0 -
De lurking to congratulate all the Feb BFP's so far.... I havent made any predictions this month but hope there will be lots!!
Loving the testing list for Valentines!!!
I had an almost positive opk today which is weird... doesnt normally show until cd 19 or 20 so will see what happens.... after the last two months of no AF I'm trying to not get too obsessed and would rather just try and BD as often as possible... (although not quite got round to it that much as we've both been mad busy with work) but I've booked in a session in about ten minutes....
I've got no other signs of ov yet but will keep my eye out for the next couple of days.0 -
Hi Sammy
Tinks - hugs, don't give up
MrsHappy - when is your appointment? All you can do is tell mrhappy that you will be together no matter what and that you will be there for each other.
Can't believe some people may have been testing early, what a shock :rotfl:

Just a note, it says you need 9 x 50g balls of wool, but I only used 6. My tension/measurements were correct too, so not sure why I used so much less?! It's been the same for my second one too, using a different brand/style of wool.
The yardage would have benn different. Did you use a different type of wool than the pattern said?

nor did I spend a good 10 minutes looking at it, trying to decide whether there was a very faint line or if I just had advanced line eye (but if I had done it would have been the latter...)
I certainly didn't do this today either, nor did I take photo of it on my phone and magnify to see if I could see a faint line (I couldn't)
What are we like, eh? :rotfl:
Sexymouse - so glad all is well :Txxxxxxx

Hi port. There's this thread which is trying to conceive but I believe there is a waiting to try to conceive thread where people are debating whether they should or not. However I think thy if you wait to afford a baby you'd never have one. In my ideal world we'd have not been in debt and would gave a few thousand in credit before ttc. But we've been waiting about 6 years for that & it's never going to happen :rotfl:Prov1 £3392 - Aqua £1136 Vanquis £1500, HM £21, Barclays £680 Payday Loans - £1000 Mother - £770
Total debt exc mortgage - [STRIKE]£11857[/STRIKE]] £10092.37 . :wall: Savings Pot - £22.50.0
