Thanks for the information Fluffernutter-I really appreciate it.

It's been such a long time since he had his results that I can barely remember them but I think that he was shooting out more than average, but his motility was below average but there was still some there. I'm still hoping the two will cancel each other out!

Unfortunately OH went to the doctors on his own so he may or may not have asked the right questions. Apparently the doctor didn't say much about it apart from the old wear boxers thing and that he needs to test again. In fact...I may buy him some on the way home!

It's good to know that if that is the only issue we find then we've got options. Bring on the HSG. It's been far too long since I've shown my foof to a stranger :D

If he has some motility then IUI is option too. They get rid of all the rubbish swimmers, just leaving the ones that have some energy left and power-shoot the sample up your vag. :D

Littlezee, perhaps your ov has passed? Are you 1DPO now?
Perhaps. I was getting faint lines developing on the opks last night. I'll check what I can in a bit and let you know my feeling. Bless him, I told DH last night after we'd already DTD earlier, my findings from yesterday ;), and he said "do you need more? have you got enough?" ...I looked confused and then clicked! and told him to go to sleep cos he was knackered and wouldn't've been able to perform anyway ;) Maybe tonight, maybe not... :)

    Scarly, welcome back :)

Primmer & MrsHappy, I hope the SA results are good :)

TeamLowe, I'm glad the blood results were ok and you managed to get them ok

Derby, sorry to hear you're having it tough. I don't blame you for your feelings on the matter, I feel much the same quite often :o Let us know how you find the HSG, I've got one looming (not had the appt through yet) but I'm really not looking forward to it :o

Kavics, how long have you been using CBFM?

Secretdebts I feared as much, but are you on the waiting list now, at least? You're not a loony! :naughty: Well, at least, if you are, I am! :p

Twigglet big saggy grey granny pants for CD1 :(

Can't remember anything else :o I'm still coming round - sinusitis is kicking my butt today & I'm coughing, and I need to get it together enough to go for a shower and make myself presentable for a friend's birthday meal out tonight... cba :o

I'm depressed looking at the menu online too, cos they've only got 7 main "lighter" (under 650kcal) options and I don't like 6 of them, and the last one's boring, so it feels like a waste of effort & money, but if I get something I actually want to eat then it feels like a waste of calories/diet/weightloss  Annoyingly, they only put the calorie count on the lighter options, not the normal mains, so you can't even make an informed choice

    Scarly - welcome back hun

Twig gilet - hugs for af

BZ - hugs for continuing sinusitis. Can you just try and pick what sounds healthy off the non-light menu. No point not enjoying what you are eating.

DH got call from his gp to say SA results are back and all is fine :j they are sending a copy to my gp so she can decide on next steps for me. DH helpfully said "everything is fine with me" which made me feel crappy that problem is obviously with me :( however I am pleased with his result and will phone doctors next week to make appointment.

I had a look through - even the fish/grilled chicken type options have loads of cheesy sauces etc! I think I'll just have to get what I fancy that makes me feel the least guilty and not eat the whole plateful...

:j for the result! :j It can sometimes be more of an issue to solve OH's issues than lady bits, so that's good news. He could've been more tactful in the delivery of his news to you, however  I know how you feel, cos my DH's result was all good, so it makes me feel responsible, but at least that gives me control back - if it was something with DH there's nothing I can personally do about that, iyswim? And I know I'm already doing what I can for now

Would it work to pick the meat option you like the look of most BigZ but ask them to bring you extra vegetables or a salad instead of the rice, potatoes or pasta it would ordinarily come with? Most places are happy to do this IME, especially if they already have a healthy option on their menu so are clearly trying to tap into these customers. Even in a rich sauce, you could probably then eat everything on your plate and enjoy it.

Big Zee, where are you going? You could call head office before they close and aks for calorie counts, maybe try customer services or even the press office. They must know this stuff! Or just be super-awkward when there and ask for different sauces, etc. Usually places are acommodating, I find. OH can;t/won't eat melted cheese or really creamy sauces so everywhere we go we end up changing the menu!

, but I hate picking up the stitches to knit the borders, so I always put it off to the last minute!

I must be weird. I love picking up stitches! It feels like such magic :o I do hate sewing up though and try to knit in the round as much as possible. I'm about to convert a Debbie Bliss pattern to in the round so I don;t have to sew up seams.

My news: I am have a horrid cold and feel awful, head all stuffed up and runny nose and dry throat etc. I've felt so rubbish we only DTD once this week so if I did OV late I may not have caught it.

So I've decided not to test on Valentine's Day as if I get a BFN and loads of people also testing get a BFP I am going to feel really rubbish, so I think I'll test the day before, or maybe after, just not that day as I do think if I don;t get a positive this month and others do, on the same day, I might be too fragile to take it :o

Mirrorimage, what does your OH think? There's a Waiting to TTC thread too, if you're not decided or OH wants to wait, FYI :)

Skintchick/nicki, I don't mind the carbs, cos I know roughly what's in them, ditto with the protein, veg I'm not bothered about - it's the sauces... I'll have to see how I go and might as for sauces on the side etc... :/ I had hoped the regular menu choices would have the nutritional info online, but I haven't seen them yet... It's Frankie & Benny's. I used to love going there, but they seem to have brought more processed versions of things in (breaded chicken for fresh etc) and changed the menu. It wouldn't be my choice of where to go atm, but then it's not my birthday  Oh, speaking of which, I wonder if DH got him a card/present?! (It's his friend really, so his problem ;) but I'll still look rubbish if we turn up with nothing!:p)

Skintchick, I totally understand you changing the testing date, I'd feel the same :o Hope you feel better though :)

QQ, I'm going to say 0dpo today. It could well have been yesterday, but this way I can't test too early ;) (well I can, but I'll think it's early at least ;)) Cervix is still high and open, but I think less so than yesterday, and slightly firmer than yesterday, but still got watery CM, so I think maybe we'll DTD today/tomorrow and consider it covered with ever 2-3 days after this. OPK is now near enough clear white, whereas yesterday I was getting faint lines (but still drinking lots of water to the point of my pee being clear). I really really hope it's "our cycle" cos wew'e done everything humanly possible, but I'm scared I'm gonna be a wreck when AF comes, cos I've never been so certain of ov before :o
