If you look on peeonastick they say it can mean something. Just showed OH a IC from yesterday and the one from today and he could see the 2 lines on todays one too. Then i cried a bit.

What a complicated set of emotions you are dealing with. Hugs, and congrats.
  • ikkle, I still lurk on here but when I got mine last month, it started as ttlp on day 11 and 12, I missed a day and then 13 and 14 were still faint so got a superdrug cheapie and tested in the night on day 14 past ov and that was the clearest and why i did my digi the next day - the same time i did the other superdrug and IC which was still faint.

fingers crossed it comes soon for you to see, or by luck you find another test and best of luck with MIL. slightly odd group hug for you:grouphug:

Hey Secrets. Have you decided where you are with ov now? Was operation BD successful enough over the weekend?

scottishchick - I know how you feel, but it's hard to admit sometimes. I went and had a lurk on the <12 weeks thread and happy as I am for everyone it's hard to see everyone who was on this board moving on.

I just hope that soon we will all get our own BFPs!

Sorry to hear ikkle, but would be amazing if the ttlp turns into a BFP. Good luck with that, and hugs about your MIL.

I am due to test tomorrow, but couldn't find a test! I dropped into one of the big tescos and thought they would have one but no luck. So I may have to wait until Tuesday to use FMU. I am getting light positives on the OPK's I have... am I being desperate or could that mean something! Google isn't helping... getting conflicting information.

Or you could save your pee and test later in the day? I have read of someone who took their sample to the shop, bought the test and then tested. I assume this was in the loo or somewhere. Would be terrible if it was mid store and she then just took the packaging to the till to pay for it.

Welp, looks like CD1 for me, just wiped and old blood, cervix has fresh red blood :(
    PMA list
    1) getting myself all hopeful does not make me an idiot. I want this badly so of course I'm going to be hopeful.
    2) no symptom spotting next month, especially no cervix feeling. I should've known from my mmc that my body can't be trusted.
    3) more time to pay off debts/build house deposit
    4) only a week late, which is much better than last month. In fact, if I count from the end of last month's bleeding rather than the beginning, then it's still 35 days, which is great
    4) if something comes back as being wrong in the blood tests, then I would want to pause TTC until its sorted.
    5) more time to follow bigzippy's example and lose some weight
    6) only two more cycles until I cab have cd1 and 21 tests done x x

((hugs)) TeamLowe - thanks for sharing the great PMA list though, I am now putting together a list of positives for each month I'm not pregnant.

Hi guys, hope your all well. Welcome to the group Aida.

MIL is still deteriorating, she now has a hospital bed at home and is on a syringe driver so is on the way out. :( Thank you guys for thinking of us all, I've been in a trance like state for a week now as it doesn't seem real but my OH has now opened up and come to terms with what is happening as much as he can at this point.

in other news i am 13dpo and may have got a ttlp this mornin on an IC. Bit confused and scared and also disbelieving. Will see what happens in next few days though.

Big hugs Ikkle - what a really tough time for you, and we are all thinking of you and your family. Glad to hear OH is opening up, that must be a relief for you and for him.

Amazing news about your ttlp this morning - keeping everything crossed that turns into a BFP and a happy and healthy nine months.

Well hello ladies, how exciting ikkle but sad at the same time about your MIL, I too hope it turns into a BFP and you also get to tell her :)

Excellent PMA list Teamlowe, will be writing one too, my OH's would def include lots of BD, he is hoping we don't get pregnant too quickly as he says he is "getting into his stride"... delightful!

Sorry to hear you feel down [STRIKE]skintchick[/STRIKE] scottishchick (sorry!), I am already worrying how I will feel if my friend gets pregnant with her second and they are not even starting to try til april. I guess it is just normal but very hard.

No idea where I am on my cycle, or even if I am on a cycle!!! Came off the pill just after Christmas, had a bleed straight away then "thought" I ovulated (but didn't see nearly the amount of EWCM I would have expected (and I can't remember when that was anyway!)), then "thought" I was getting my period on Tuesday (which seemed about right as my cycle used to only be about 21 days... all those years ago...) but just had what I suppose is spotting but only really noticed it when wiping and staring (TMI!!) but no period appeared. So now I am ??? Logically I know it is my cycle settling down and as I haven't even had a proper period yet I need to wait but secretly I can't help hope! I finally bought some tests last night on ebay so will do one when they arrive - I figure even if I am being ridiculous I will need them at some point :D

Blimey what a waffle, sorry! I have been wanting to write this all week but thought then my period would definitely arrive - although (weirdly?) most of me wants it to arrive so we can start properly (and I can write some dates down!)

Anyway thoughts appreciated! While I am writing an essay I also wanted to say how much I respect those of you who have been trying for a while and are so consistently caring for and supporting each other through a difficult time. You all deserve your babies sooooo much x
