You have my sympathies for the bleeding zippy. Is it still lighter than it originally was? Hopefully it will all end soon enough. Good luck for your appointment.
3 stone - that's amazing. Well done you. You'll be at BMI 30 in no time.
Thanks dude, I'm trying. I'm not convinced I'll quite make it before the FS appointment, but hopefully I'll see a nice more understanding doc this time and she'll/he'll appreciate how far I've come and the effort I've put in!I will get my forever baby in 2012:o

BZ - well done on continuing weight loss, sure fs will see the effort you have put in and the great results you have achieved. Really hope bleeding stops soon.

bigz - well done on your weight loss, have you got much to go to get below bmi30?
Hope you soon get this bleeding sorted out and get back to your normal self soon.
I've done 4 rounds of clomid (50mg); last time I was at the infertility clinic (why they can't call it fertility clinic, I don't know!!) the consultant said he'd try me on 4 rounds then refer me for ivf!!! I go back 14th Feb (how romantic!!) so will see what he says.
My bmi is around 26 I think. Stopped temping and tracking ov, I think I was getting a bit obsessed with it all.0 -
Countrybum my local one (which is in the same department as the EPU which is how i know) is called the 'assisted conception unit'. i think that's a much more gentle term, although my dirty mind can't help but think they start off by recommending dirty movies, maybe have the doctor show husbands how it's done :rotfl:
BZ, congrats on the weightless, i really need to get back on the wagon
when they take blood they put one needle in and have little pots that attach on to it, so they do usually take a few pots but if you're not looking you won't notice them swapping them over. i, however am too nosey and have to look and then feel faint. usually i make sure i have something to eat before i have them taken but no such luck this time
yay for those approaching ovulation, best time of the month in my mind, can be as hopeful as you like and have lots of intimate time with your partner.
I'm really hoping it's a shy BFP but knowing my luck AF will show tonight lol
Thursday is my treat night whilst DH is out with his friends. when i say out, i mean he's sat in their house watching tv instead of ours. i do imagine it being like Beavis and Butthead. Do they ever grow up? lol
can only treat myself up until 9 of course, after then i have to fast. which will just have me constantly thinking about food lol x x xLittle Lowe born January 2014 at 36+6
Completed on house September 2013

ikkle-huge hugs, what a difficult time for you and your family. Men do deal with things in a different way, and it is hard to deal with. Try to take time to look after yourselves as well xcountrybum wrote: »I've done 4 rounds of clomid (50mg); last time I was at the infertility clinic (why they can't call it fertility clinic, I don't know!!) the consultant said he'd try me on 4 rounds then refer me for ivf!!! Is 1DPO a little bit early for SS-ing? :rotfl:
I told myself I would try not to think about am I/aren't I during the 2ww this time...... already started... oh dear, looks I will be a crazed lunatic before I even get to 10DPO!0 -
Evening all,
BZ - YEY for the weight loss, boo for the bleeding. I'm sorry, it must be so frustrating for you. How long have you been bleeding now?
I don't know why I have been doing this to myself, all week I've been catching up on 16 and pregnant and OBEM (I just caught last nights show too, talk about bawling my eyes out, that woman Trish was AMAZING and a real inspiration).
I am finding myself being consumed by this whole journey, every waking minute is spent thinking about it and planning it all in my head and watching shows relating to it and googling things.
I should go and add to my blog!Baby 2b born March 2013! :j:j:j0 -
BigZippy, I can't believe you are still bleeding. Pls ask for a full blood test, this is not right! Also well done on weight loss! I wish I could lose half a stone, I only managed 1.5lb since January. I have been bleeding again, went swimming and mooncup was trully full:(.
QQ, thinking of you tmrw, hopefully they can collect those eggs!
Snowy, Twice/3 times a day would be a cause for break up in this household. I can manage twice a day at the weekend but not for long! I've been there, it was horrible:)...
Tinkwinks, yes, yes, yes, you will get your forever baby!
I'm going to read a book tonight, nothing on telly, suits me well. Night night.0 -

Haha yes I think so. I'm on 10dpo and it's driving me crazy trying to wait until Monday to test. Especially as OH is incrediably broody at the moment, found him last night while he was asleep talking to my tummy. Plus he seems to be getting really into OBEM, came down stairs last night to turn it on, and he was already on the sofa waiting for me and had got the correct channel on to watch it with me.Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.0
