another temp drop, another sleepless night, thats 3 in a row now, starting to feel so despondent. :(

i'm struggling a bit in rl cos of mil but have noone to talk about it to so think its affecting my sleep. I dreamt i was late getting her to her consultant appointment so they said they would not treat her now and would leave her to die :(
Try not to worry about your temps atm ikkle, you've enough going on, and the sleeplessness and sleeping somewhere else will all be affecting your temps anyway. There's no sense in beating yourself with a thermometer-shaped stick when you're already feeling down ;)

I know it's not the same, but I understand what it's like to have a poorly MIL, and if you ever want to talk about it, I'm about :)

How are things today BZ? Still bleeding? It's good that the Dr said not to worry, but not good that it hasn't stopped!
Still going, aye. Meh.Smiley---Meh--for-picks--fanpop-38170_75_75.jpg My body's realised what extra iron does too... I'm taking the opportunity to lounge around in my jimjams ;)

Nice reply to the in-laws ;)

Nicki, glad you got more reassurance from your Dr friend!

Psst..... I've ordered a BBT from amazon today as well as "What to expect when you're expecting" Is it normal to be scared as well as excited???
Yes, very normal. :D When you coming over for real? I liked that book :)

This is a reason why I'm getting so teary about TTC, I'm sick of waiting all the time for my body to work and just feel a bit 'broken' ATM!

I know what you mean! It feels like everyone else can manage this without even trying, why am I finding it impossible??

I often feel a bit 'broken', tbh. I think the endo makes me feel like I'm not a proper woman, like I don't work properly.

Afternoon all! Hugs to all - whether you need them or not! Why you may ask am I hugging random people on an internet forum. Well, I'll tell you - it's cos I am happy!

But it's very hard to ignore a stick dipped in wee that tells you your life is about to change in big bold positive letters! Am sitting here trying not to think too far ahead but is it ok to be a teensy bit excited for a while?
    :j Congratulations! :D
Be excited! Be happy til there's a reason not to be, I say :)

I know! I've just worked out that it's 10.5 pints :eek:I've just been to tescos and bought real ribena (sugar free) as it's on offer, and it's one of the only things I could drink that much of! We don't normally have it as it's so expensive and we finish it so quickly compared to regular squash. Also bought grapes, chocolate milkshake and some dairy milk in an attempt to make myself feel better. :o
Be careful with milk products and chocolate etc, as it actually can make the cough etc worse.:o Hope you feel better soon :)

I don't think I have, my cycles have been mega long so I reckon it could be the end of this week/beginning of next. Going to use my OPKs this week to see if I notice anything. This is a reason why I'm getting so teary about TTC, I'm sick of waiting all the time for my body to work and just feel a bit 'broken' ATM! :o
How long have you been charting/off birth control? I can more than relate to that feeling of "broken" (DH tells me off when I say such things ;)), so I hope you feel more positive soon. :) Although, I've noticed I often get all weepy and emotional/cranky when I'm about to ovulate, so maybe it's a good sign ;)

I'm having the implant out either next month or early March so a little over a month at most. Now I've written that down it feels even more scary! Main reason for temping is because I currently don't have a cycle so want to understand what my body's doing.

I also have some sympathy for you with the bleeding. The last couple of AF's I've had (where I'm on implanon they're sporadic as it is) I've had a night-time pad, knickers, boxer shorts AND PJs and still gone through to the bedsheets. It got to the stage where I wasn't even able to get in to the office (hour and a half commute) without having 'issues'.

Congratulations Nephthys, wishing you a happy and healthy pregnancy x

Hugs ikkle, and anyone else feeling yuk, I was wondering how you were doing earlier today.

I can also relate to the 'feeling broken' feelings, it's a hard mental block to get over, especially when everyone else seems to be falling pregnant without any effort.
Being on here has made me a whole lot more sensitive to other people though as I have no idea what they have gone through to get their BFP, or when I'm talking to couples who haven't announced a pregnancy as quickly as expected. My SIL always said she wanted a family as soon as they were married and it was 3 years before my niece arrived-they may have decided to wait or they may have had issues going on all that time which I was totally unaware of and was always asking them when I was going to be an auntie-which I now know is the most awful way to behave, I'm so ashamed of myself :o

My smears never hurt me and I have had a few share of them. I have been monitored closely because i have had a couple of borderlines and colposcopy at one point. The trick is to relax, close your eyes and switch off completely. Good luck for Mon.
