Today I must admit I am feeling a bit frustrated. Still a big fat zero on the OPKs, although I missed last night which may have been the prime time. I tested this morning, but got nothing, and then again nothing tonight. I got a normal result on the CD21 test before, so I know I am ovulating, so maybe they are just not sensitive enough. I am always pretty well hydrated, so perhaps the test is too diluted.

Anyone got any advice? I am using boots OPKs.

But, BD'ing anyway! Finger crossed it's the OPKs that are wrong and not me.

How long are you holding your wee for? Are you making sure not to drink during that time?
I've put a link in in white as I'm not sure how to link it with just one word & I didn't want the full title up. Please only visit this forum if you are not easily upset

:o:o I haven't posted on this type of forum yet. It's taken me a good 4-5 months (well years really) just to look (thanks to some encouragement) and even to annonymously admit that I need to look.:o:o

I just want to say how brave I think this post is. It's amazing that when you go through this you feel so very alone and like the only person who has ever gone through it. It's not until you start looking around for help/understanding that you realise how dreadfully common it is.

Zippy – sorry you’re really struggling with your nerves at the moment (it really does sound awful). I remember taking my Husbands SA to the hospital for drop off. His also travelled in my cleavage lol.
It may've been you that inspired me ;)

I went there on Saturday was lovely and sunny so a great day for it. I went on the big slide there was quite fun! My niece and SIL came with us, shes only 2 but loved the slide. The man asked my SIL how old she was, and so she said 3 as we were worried they might not let a 2 year old on. Then as we walked past she said 'Im not 3 mummy, Im 2!' :)

The Helter Skelter looked ace and retro, but we just had a couple of rides on the Carousel, DS is only 14 months, and at £3 a pop, it is not cheap! :money: Going to start saving NOW for next year, when he will probably be all That ride, again, more!

[*]Soy isoflavones - natures clomid - anyone know the recommended dosage?
Ooh. Is soya milk and stuff good enough, or are isoflavones something different and special? I have a lot of soya, being vegan. <hopeful>

What do you mean not drink? I am not drinking while testing  but do you mean drinking too much water before? Or alcohol... I have been having the odd glass of wine... could that be it?

For the two to three hours that you hold your wee prior to using the OPKs you should try not to drink anything (alcoholic or otherwise) so to allow a good concentration of LH in your urine.

Ahha... you mean read the instructions! Crazy talk!!

Ok, I'll try that. I did test this morning (which they say is unreliable) and I had a fair bit to drink before testing this evening.

I feel like I may have missed the test this month, so QQ can you put me at a tentative 1BDO as I am too late now not to have ov'd. Plus I've had a few other symptoms. I'll change it if something shows up on the test!
