TTC40, good luck at the doctors:) If there are no problems to either of you, then it's usually a matter of time before you get pg. It takes longer as not all our eggs are good, but if there are problems, it's better to get it fixed asap:o

• Vitamin B complex - can't remember what this is for (seem to think it's PCOS related) It is to lengthen your LP.
  
• Agnus Castus - helps to regulate cycles
• Soy isoflavones - natures clomid - anyone know the recommended dosage? 80-100mg/night from CD3-7
• Royal jelly - can't remember what it's for. Improving the quality of your eggs

Sorry to hear your AF has still not arrived:( I know it can take a while for the hormones to get back to normal, but six month is a long time. Keep a lookout for ov though, as it may catch you anytime now:o

Time2deal, diluted wee is a problem for OPKs. Can you try after not drinking for 3 hrs at least? You can go to the loo in the meantime, but need to keep some for OPKs. Also try one with FMU.
OPKs doesn't work for everyone though:o, but since your day 21 test was fine, you are oving. Keep an eye out for other ov symptoms and keep BDing:p

Well cd10 for me and no symptoms to spot. Think af will be on its way as only managed to bd once before ov due to DH being away. At least I can book my blood test when af shows so can get things moving.

Ahhh I remember the extreme tiredness! I know what you mean about the hangover feeling too. You're right it is a small price to pay.

I'm not too bad, not really looking forward to Christmas but there's nothing I can do to stop it so will just have to go with the flow.

Morning all, well it's taken me 3 1/2 weeks to pluck up my courage to write this post as I have been so scared after losing our little one in June.

I got my BFP! I'm now 6 & 6, have had a scan at 5 & 5, and all ok so far Incredibly nervous, hence not sharing my news, but incredibly happy too. I just hope so much this is a sticky bean,!
