Not very much happening with me tbh. Just working and going to the gym. Very lonely now that my boyfriend and I have split but I knew it had to be done. Lost all purpose now.

How long were you with your boyfriend? If you feel it was the right thing to do, then it was. Hopefull, this initial feeling of lonliness and won't last. You are feeling a sense of loss and finding it hard to come to terms with.

    Am think of you ;)

    Hi Flis

Hopefully there is a simple explanation for the money not showing in your account.

That's not very good of Weight Watchers. I am surprised they didn't suggest another meeting group in your that you could all attend until they find a leader.

Hope you are feeling a little brighter soon.

The next closest meeting was run by the same leader, so is also closing for 4 weeks. They did say we could go to ones further afield, but I will have trouble getting there. The only meeting I could get to is only for 60 plus age group, so no good for me (I might look that age somedays, but I am only 27 honestly!).

    Hi Tiff

I wish I could learn to relax. When I sit here I think about things all the time. I would love my mind to go blank and to have some energy would be fantastic. You are right I should fight more for me. As any mother, I do anything for my son but when it comes to me, I feel I am not important. Right now, I have no faith in my medication because I see no way of this going away right now. I am calmer because I am not going back to work til Friday. Come Friday my other face will appear. Sorry if this doesn't make sense, I didn't sleep well last night and feel totally wiped this morning. I look at other people and just wish I could be more like them. Confident, happy and at peace with life.

Hi Karrie, just like to say you are not the only one who can sit for hours thinking i do it all the time.I can just be sitting,no telly on, and when i look at the clock hours have passed!I suppose the answer is to keep busy as it seems to me the thoughts just gor ound and round and i never get any answers. As Tiff says medication won't make problems go away but it does help you cope better..Have you thought that the people you look at and think are happy confidant people may not be at all?We all put on mask's underneath they will have their own set of problems. There is no such thing as a perfect life.

    Hello everybody

I have been trying to get my dad's flat sold and dealing with some paperwork for DH so have not been on here much.

    Karrie

All those people who look confident happy and smiling are either having a very good day or putting up a very good front. You do not see what they are like when they go home.

    Razorbladekisses

    Thanks for the enquiry

I m fine just a bit absentminded and lazy at the moment.

Big hug - your BF sounds like a BF (B...... Fool).

You have the patience of a saint and I hope things get better.

    Hi GL

Blimey there's me thinking I was being lazy. I can sit for ages staring and thinking and day dreaming. I actually did some housework yesterday which I haven't done for ages.

I know you're right about other people being confident and happy. Just wish I could the same right now without appearing so blooming miserable.

    Hope you are well.

Let_Robinson_Sing, :hello: Good to hear from you! Sorry to hear that your laptop is poorly _pale_ How are you doing? Are things with you and your girlfriend going well?

:hello: RBK. Nice to hear from you aswell, hope things are going ok with you. I took my laptop to curry's today and try and sort it because i have insurance on it. However i needed a certain disk to try and sort it and i didnt so i had to buy one from the laptop manufacturer or pay £85 instore and they;d sort it. The guy at curry's said dont pay £85 and get the manufacturer to send it to me. So i'll do that when i've got time.

Currently, things are better than they have been which is a good thing. G/f has gone back home for 2 weeks then she's coming back up again, which is  and now i've got to finish some blooming business work.

flis, Don't be too hard on yourself for putting on a pound. I think you've done incredibly well :T It's really bad that they are not going to have a meeting for 4 weeks. Do they offer you some kind of phone support if needed? Have you made friends with some of the other members? Would it be possible for a few of you to meet up for coffee and continue supporting each other? We're all here for you hun if you need us. (((HUGS)))

Has the money appeared on the debit card?

Karrie, I've never paid for counselling, 2 lots of CBT or anything like that is why I was surprised that you said you have to pay  I just assumed it was free for everyone. I've obviously got it wrong.

    How are you feeling today?

I was with my boyfriend for about 7/8 months. At the beginning he supported me a great deal with the death of my Nan and my Mum leaving. He really helped me through. However, he changed and obviously no longer cared about me. He couldn't even be bothered to visit me in hospital. Some boyfriend! :( Oh well.

Let_Robinson_Sing, I hope you get your laptop fixed soon. I'm glad to hear that things are going well with you and your girlfriend :j

    Hi RBK
In my opinion, you are better off without him. I know it's horrible but you will find someone that really cares and understands.

I am feeling good at the moment - thank you. The worse part of the day is the mornings. I feel really low for about two hours then it begins to wear off during the day. I feel a little more optimistic as I type this. I am taking tomorrow off work and will go back on Friday.

Yep I thought counselling was on the NHS and I thought you had to be referred by your gp. I tried the number I was given and it's a physiotherapy practise  I am in two minds if I want to do it right now, what with getting time off work to attend sessions and having to explain why I am taking the time off.

    How are you doing?

Thanks RBK, My Mum had offered to weigh me for the next 4 weeks, and my husband is going to check every day to make sure I am filling in my food journal. Am hoping that as I have my holiday in less than 4 weeks, it will help to keep me focused.

The money still hasn't gone on the card. We are faxing over a copy of the receipt of my payment in the morning, so hopefully it will get sorted ASAP.

Feel really shattered and have Physio at 8.20am tomorrow morning, so am off to bed now. Night all.
