    How is everyone today?

learning_to_drive, I think you just add a couple of drops of Rescue Remedy to a glass of water or alternatively onto your tongue. It doesn't taste very pleasant though. Double check the directions on the bottle first though :)

Sorry to hear about your relationship problems. You're both probably a little stressed atm with your own issues. Reassure her as much as you can. Keep telling her that you love her and no-one else.

Tiff, :hello: Are you feeling better today? I missed reading your posts yesterday.

    What gift did you receive?

    How did your appointment go?

beer2006, :j It's lovely to hear that things are looking up for you. Take care of yourself.

flis21, It's great that your OH is joining you with the diet. Hopefully it will make it easier for you :) Sounds like you've got lots of support.

Hun, I know how horrible it is when they keep signing you off when all you want to do is get back to work but they know best. Take the time off to just relax as the consultant suggested. I'm sure it will do you the world of good. It will probably make it heal quicker :)

I know you're disappointed but try not to let it get you down too much. (((HUGS)))

What breed of dogs are they?

blinky, You sound happy :j keep smiling :) and take care of yourself.

Cat72, Congratulations on getting into uni. Brilliant news :T

Ethel, Awww your cat is sooo cute.

I went back to my Doctor today. He's signed me off for another week. I have to check with my psychiatrist on Monday if it's okay to return to work. I'm really scared.

    Love to you all (((HUGS)))

lol, I don't go to many forums.. just this one and a music one occasionally which is completely unmoderated
I woudnt post any pics on the OS board, I don't really go there much at all, and I dont really know any of the ppl there either much.

had to go to my mum's. daughters pet mouse which mum was looking after has died, was old age.. and they let my daughter come home from the hospital to bury it accompanied by a nurse. was nice to see her, even if it was only for an hour :)

Cat, you'd have wet urself laughing last night.. I was having a soak in the bath with lots of bubbles and I had a seaweed mask on. Frankie came in to see where I was was.. saw the mask.. howled and ran away!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: When I came out he kept staring at me and it was ages before he'd come near me again! lol

A couple of people who post in here post in OS, the aggro was over a cat picture posted in there - yours is so lovely btw and I like seeing cute cats!!!!
    An average day in my life:hello: :eek::mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T :o :rotfl: :rotfl: :p :eek::mad: :beer:

    hiya flis :hello:

try not to be too down about it.. better to rest it more now and have it heal properly than rush things and have worse problems later :/ I know its crap.. I'd be going off my nut if I were you but try to look on the bright side. And whatever you do.. don't use it as an excuse to comfort eat!!!!

Something positive will happen to make up for it.. you'll see :)

    Big huggs xxx

Thanks Ethel, I know it is better to make sure it heals properly now than end up with a permanent limp. And everyone I have spoken to today keeps saying to me 'I thought next week was really quick to be back at work'!! Someone could have told me!

Anyway, no comfort eating here. Have been resting my ankle and reading my book instead. Eating has been really good today, I still have points left over now and don't know what to do with them!

I will try and relax, but I just so had this picture in my head that I was going to get my life back next week!!

Anyway, will try and be philosophical abuot it. More time for chatting on here and reading!

The dogs are Westies, sooooo cute. Although one of them was sick on the carpet!! They have gone now, but lovely company all day. Wish I could have them every day to keep me occupied. Unfortunately we are not allowed to have a dog in our flat, but my rabbit keeps me entertained in his own little way.

Aww, do some pampering.. nails, hair, have a play with make up session, all that girlie stuff you never have time for normally..I do this occasionally and it's really nice and relaxing.. bonus when oh comes home and says ooh.. you look nice :) although I think mine is a rare one who notices every tiny thing.. not always a good thing, lol

I've no idea how weighwatchers works.. I'm doing Atkins-ish.. I find I don't feel hungry on it and it suits me cos a lot of the 'forbidden' foods don't agree with me anyway so I feel better for it almost straightaway. It also seems to help with the depression, something to do with how sugar reacts in the body.. can't remember now, but I did have loads of info on it years ago, lol

Thanks CC... that's not a very good pic of him, he looks a bit evil there, lol

But he's definitely my baby, follows me everywhere and if anyone tries to tickle me or anything.. he gets cross and yowls at them :D He growls at b/f too when he kisses me and sits there giving him evils.. tis soo funny. Right now he's sitting on the back of my chair with his paws pedalling my hair.. he loves it, dunno if it reminds him of his mummy or what but he's in my hair every chance he gets, lol

Not in the near future, it's only been 5 months but we feel like we've known each other forever. We are heading in that direction though :o - more likely towards the back end of the year.
