Your words of support are very much appreciated even if they don't always go in. :wall:

Bored at the moment. Cannot be bothered at work :o , but there isn't anything urgent on so I can get away with doing very little.

Saw 'R' this morning, as I was with her last night and we are going away this weekend. :j :j

    Hat fund?? :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Can't see you needing a hat this year... possibly next year if things continue to go well

    Big hugs to everyone.

Sorry guys! Didn't mean to do a bit of a Tiff Chronicles on you all! *Sazzy dives for cover from Tiffy*

Hope today is kind to each and everyone of you. I've got to read a couple of dull reports now in preparation for a meeting with our David Brent sound-a-like chief exec at 1.30.... coz my life just ain't exciting enough is it?! Am feeling nice and chilled-out after my acupuncture session last night, but doubt that will last after my meeting with him! But first things first, Sazzy needs a cuppa!!:D

    Catch yas inabit.

    Much love,

What a lovely way to spend your birthday. Sounds fab - I've lived here all my life and not done half of those things!:D If you need any info about London stuff just give me a shout.

  • : These results demonstrate a selective deficit in the omega-3 fatty acid DHA in the orbitofrontal cortex of patients with MDD. This finding adds to a growing body of evidence implicating omega-3 fatty acid deficiency as well as the orbitofrontal cortex in the pathophysiology and potentially pathogenesis of Major Depressive Disorder.
Cheapest source of DHA is probably Healthspan St Clements particularly if you order a couple and use the code
    P&O - OS
    fingers crossed it still works.
Don't take more than 2 tsps as the Vit A content is high.
You still need more Vit D than 2tsps of St Clements provides Remember this HERE shows 4000iu a day is needed by your body and this amount has been shown also to reduce depression.

    Hi Ted

Nice to see you again, with another informative post:) In fact I've been meaning to say to you that I heard back from that Vit D company you mentioned before, re shipping costs etc, so I will be ordering this week. Do you tend to fax or phone them? Will look into St Clements also.

    Thanks Saz x

I faxed, I've also got a modem on my PC and that has got FAX facility so although I can fax them they can't fax me back. If you want to know they've got the order then email them as well and ask for order confirmation. However if you use 1899 or 1855 it's probably as cheap to phone. I faxed because I can never be bothered to work out what the time is over there.

I ordered my last lot the same time as I ordered some stuff from Zipvit and the Zipvt order came in 2 packs one before BIOTEC and one after so it's as quick as UK mail allows it to be.
Did you order the 5000iu or 50,000iu
If you are taking the St Clements you will need to do some maths
    1tsp St Clements = 416iu
    2tsp max st C= 832 iu
Add in any multimineral with vit d= 200iu probably but check the pack.
So 1000iu from supplements and you need 4000= 3000iu more needed
    7 days at 1000iu from St C + multimin=7000iu
    .....................................4 x 5000iu=20,000
    .....................................total intake =27,000
    ........................................7 x 4000iu= 28,000
So you will only need to take FOUR of those high strength vit d a week one every other day is probably the easiest way to remember.
If you ordered the VERY HIGH STRENGTH 50,000 then on a fortnight equals 3500iu/d plus the 1000iu from St C and multimineral leaves you a bit over but still WELL under the toxic level which is 40,000iu/d OVER MANY MONTHS
and I'm sure you know Vitamin d is free from sunshine and we should be able to get this from April. so no more Cholecalciferol but continue with the St C. (and omega 3 if you use that as well)
