So money is a big big worry now........

LTD - I would suggest you make an appointment with your local CAB. They might be able to help you more on the day-to-day money-management side of things, as I'm sure the folk on DFW would agree, although it may be worth canvassing them for some more suggestions on the debt side of things, they're bound to be more knowledgeable about that than lil ole Saz:) When you can start seeing the wood for the trees it will feel more manageable. Do be aware that these are NOT to be used in the summer when you will be getting some from sunshine as well your multivitmin +Cod liver oil. Providing you stop in April you will be fine.
If you had the money £17 +£20 and/or a mate who also wanted some it would be the ideal solution to get a pot of both. That way you could use the 50's for raising status and to have in reserve if you get flu/serious infection and keep the 5s for every day or 4 times a week depending on the input from other sources.

I see what you're saying Ted. May well get both. But just to clarify - does that mean it would be ok to take the 5s all year round, or, like the 50s, should they also be stopped in April (I'm not taking any other supplements at the mo')?

I'm really struggling at the minute, is it new job syndrome or is it the condition, will I ever get better? :(

You WILL get better it just might take a little time, have you been to the docs recently? he may recomend a change in your medication what works once may not work another time but people usualy feal a differance after a month and you seam to be really struggling. As to the job you must give it more time it takes a while to settle in and you may feal a lot better when you have been there a few weeks.
  • Thanks, I know what everyone is saying, Its so true, I will feel better in a few weeks maybe, but a few weeks seems 10 years away, its so hard to even face going into work. Ive lost all my confidence, I can do the job very easily, I just cant face it :(
  • Now I just feel ridiculously down, honestly I think I could end up walking out of work tomorrow If I cant get there, Im getting to the stage where I might not even be able to walk through the door. This condition is basically taking over my life, my mood swings are so violent now that I'm literally through the floor. This is how I felt before I went on holiday to Magaluf this year (would have missed my g/f loads) so so down, so so alone, just wanting this hell to end. I just feel terrible, I just dont know what to do.

Im getting worse again, I know its a new job, but I cant cope with these feelings again, its really really beginning to affect me, trust me folks I want to be better but Im just so so !!!!ed off and down and upset at the minute, I just dont know. Im going to leave a message for PCT now about counselling because it was something that was offered but we decided against it, I think I need something because its a big problem is this.

The only thing I can do is continually write on here and hope someone is feeling the same!

Maybe one of the things which is off-putting about it - it's not challenging enough. However, that is one of the benefits, you can use your energy you save to channel into helping your problems.

Yes, I know at times a few weeks can seem a lifetime away....
