I faxed, I've also got a modem on my PC and that has got FAX facility so although I can fax them they can't fax me back. If you want to know they've got the order then email them as well and ask for order confirmation. However if you use 1899 or 1855 it's probably as cheap to phone. I faxed because I can never be bothered to work out what the time is over there.

I ordered my last lot the same time as I ordered some stuff from Zipvit and the Zipvt order came in 2 packs one before BIOTEC and one after so it's as quick as UK mail allows it to be.
Did you order the 5000iu or 50,000iu
If you are taking the St Clements you will need to do some maths
    1tsp St Clements = 416iu
    2tsp max st C= 832 iu
Add in any multimineral with vit d= 200iu probably but check the pack.
So 1000iu from supplements and you need 4000= 3000iu more needed
    7 days at 1000iu from St C + multimin=7000iu
    .....................................4 x 5000iu=20,000
    .....................................total intake =27,000
    ........................................7 x 4000iu= 28,000
So you will only need to take FOUR of those high strength vit d a week one every other day is probably the easiest way to remember.
If you ordered the VERY HIGH STRENGTH 50,000 then on a fortnight equals 3500iu/d plus the 1000iu from St C and multimineral leaves you a bit over but still WELL under the toxic level which is 40,000iu/d OVER MANY MONTHS
and I'm sure you know Vitamin d is free from sunshine and we should be able to get this from April. so no more Cholecalciferol but continue with the St C. (and omega 3 if you use that as well)

LOL maths was never my strong point!:D Hadn't decided yet whether to order the 5,000 or the 50,000. BTW they are 6 hours behind us if that helps:) Can't recall now what you suggested as the best way to supplement omega 3 - was it a gram a day in a teaspoon of something?

Right guys, I've just had an epiphany, and I'm going to have a long weekend away from the computer - I've got some things that need sorting out, and all that. Will miss you guys, thinking of you x x

    Hi Sazbo

Trying to get three machine loads of towels dry on the washing line and have had to rescue them twice - I hate having wet washing lying around and having a queue for the washing machine!

Tea is in the oven and having a quiet hour on here before Dds arrive home.

    Any word from Miro?

Big hug to everyone and saucer of milk for Tiff.

Hiya hun, bug hug back to you. It's non-stop in your house isn't it?:) I only have me to sort out and I find that exhausting:D It's one of those days isn't it - when the weather can't decide what it wants to do.

Dear Miro, such a sensitive soul. Let's hope he's back soon. But bless your heart for thinking of him and Tiff.

Enjoy your quiet time. Saz x

  • Still rather up and down, I just dont know what to do anymore about anything, I just want to be happy again, Its hell because whilst I know that Ive only done one night and I will get better, it doesnt help me now because I just feel terrible. Questioning everything and just generally cant believe ive got to this stage with regard to me.

I didnt think about ending it, i cant believe im even writing this, but there would be no more suffering at least.....

You will be happy again LTD. As others here have said, there is a bit of feeling worse before we get better. Stick with it, it will be worth it. We are fundamentally richer and wiser individuals as consequence of what we've been through. You just need to give yourself space to heal. Sazx

I know :) I appreciate that but Im really really struggling to sort out myself at the minute, its a battle and I dunno if ive the stomach for it.

I really really dont think I can do anything, I just need something more steady potentially, a job has come up as a postman at the local sorting office which I dont think would be too bad, but I said that about I.R., then I said the same about ASDA and retail and and and!!

Give it a bit more time in the job, it's still really early days yet and there's understandably a lot of anxiety attached to that. Otherwise you could jump from one thing to another and if that didn't immediately feel right you might struggle even more. Start small - you don't want to take on too many responsibilities too soon. So see how it feels after a little while. Sx
