Had a lovely time in Edinburgh - that wind was cold on Saturday. Just had time to catch up on all the posts.

    Off to 'R's place soon.

You got the Edinburgh nip - it was cold, whilst looking at cars outside.

Where did you stay and what did you see?

    I hope you enjoyed yourselves:)

    hugs to all today.

    my sleep pattern is terrible.
One day it'll be fine and the next it wont.

Thinking of going to the doctors tomorrow to get something for it.
Being tired all the time isn't helping me with things at all.

Good idea hun. I can totally understand, not sleeping makes me feel wrecked. Let us know how it goes. Much love, Sazxxx

Veggy haggis would be perfect with what I made.

I boiled some continental lentils, potatoes thinly sliced, fried mushrooms and green peppers. You could use the veggy haggis instead of lentils.

Layered it like a lasagne, put white wine in the mix to keep it moist.

    Topped with smoked cheese.

For pud had HM rhubarb crumble and finally finished the mint spies:D

I should be posting this on the OS board:D

Mmm... sounds yum!:D Kinda like a veggie moussaka? And I love rhubarb too.

Got shopping in, got mum's tiles, done 1 load of washing, had a nice dinner, will wait till tomorrow about carpet as i'm painting hall still.

Inbetween looking at thread, watching BB and painting!

Got big jobs on this week, got mums tiles to fit and put down tiles in a clients kitchen/dinning room then keep on top of painting in our house.
