Me too, hope it doesn't take long to get it sorted. I also emailed feedback.

I keep trying to log in and do some of the practice questions to start earning a bit of dosh but it keeps saying I need to await the results of my training, which I've already received. It won't let me switch my status to available until then so have emailed support for help!

Some people on here are asking if it's worth it for the amount of money paid, but if you're stuck at home with no income, then surely every penny counts ?

The only thing putting me off is the fact I will have to register as self-employed. :(

Think it'll just be a case of filling in a tax return and seen as the pay is so low, I'm sure some creative accounting will allow you to declare a loss (that's my intention anyway!)

so ive taken the first test, got accepted, watched all the training videos and was then told to go to chacha universe to do a realtime exam test. anyone else have to wait a long time for anything to happen - ive set my status to available (i know it said it could take between 5-20 mins for a question to come up to answer to start with) but im getting a little fed up!!!

never mind, 3 questions have come up now lol
  • i did have quite a bit of time between questions....but then when i did have one i was like eeeekkk lol

lol well ive just finished my facilitator exam - out of the 10 questions, 3 of them i had to send onto a factfinder because they were so in depth and i couldnt answer. another one was asking for loads of song lyrics and they were really really rude so i didnt feel i should pass them on and couldnt find the bits the person asked for anyway lol. some were good for me to answer - like one on mount everest which i knew the answer to answay and also a couple asking for tel numbers and addresses for places in the uk. i did have to look up some info myself because there were no previous questions on them so it is a good idea to have a search engine open!!!!!
will just be waiting to see if i passed now lol.
