  • I've just been through the whole application and training process, got to the final test and then discovered that the toolbar you need won't install on Mac. Anyone else had the same problem?
I feel like I've completely wasted the last hour or 2 training and was looking forward to having a go at the job :(

The fact finder does pay more, but as a facilitator you are expected to answer a min of 65% of the questions so I can't see them fact finders getting much work. Also the facilitator just uses the ChaCha system, no working around search engines etc is required, if the answer doesn't pop up you pass it on to a fact finder!

Have you seen how much they pay? It's only 7p per transaction for a guide and 3p for a facilitator. If you were a guide and you managed to complete 60 transactions in an hour you'd earn £4.20. I should think you'd have to work pretty hard to complete a transaction every minute so in reality you're going to be working for tiny amounts of money. Is it worth it?
