I signed up as a factfinder but wish I had gone with facilitator now if they get more work! I completed the test and it told me I had passed straightaway, I wonder if it is different for others? It took me to a page where I think a video is shown about what to do next but it wont load for me so not sure how to continue now!

Just got the acceptance email and confirmation of the payments - 7p per completed task is indeed dire! I suppose though it's ok for any SAHMs or anyone who has that spare time - 50 a day and you'd get £100 every 4 weeks. Definitely nowhere near minimum wage though. Minimum payout is also £50 so you'll have to do over 700 before any reward!

Think I'm going to give it a go to begin with although not sure they'll even be enough work for many people!

From one of the forums I read (very American though) it appears that ChaCha doesn't charge it's "Info Seekers" for their texts - I'm guessing this is why their pay is so low. Wonder how they make any money. Maybe there will be a bit more work than these paid-for text services.
  • Hi all

I applied on Wednesday and did the test, and got an email yesterday telling me I was in so we shall see how this goes

I've had an email telling me I can refer people, but nothing to say if I've passed or failed the test... I can now do paid practice questions also? Anyone else had this?
  • Just login as normal and set your status to avilable

I've been doing it for the last hour and a half and already made a couple of quid, the test questions (which they pay for) come at your thick and fast

I've managed to get into the ChaCha university screens, but can't load up the videos.

To be honest, for 7p per text it's not worth the hassle.
