    ChaCha's business model is an epic Fail. Who the 'h' is gonna pay 12p to find an answer when they can google the info on their smart phone for nothing.

    They arrived 4 years to late. Other such services like this have come and gone again.

    They are building their presence on Twitter and Facebook from what I can see and some campaigns etc but I don't think any are national. I have this thread bookmarked, it did go very quiet after the initial hiring/few months. Hopefully there are still a decent amount of MSE'ers earning some pocket money with them :)
