Personally I think that ChaCha will work. Leaving aside the fact that not everyone has/wants a smartphone and the fact that it could well be substantially cheaper to pay for 1 text rather than use up data, there's also a strong appeal of speed and ease. For example I had a couple of people text in for football results, yes, they can be looked up online but it's arguably quicker and easier to send a text and for anything which needs proper searching e.g. where's a cafe that's open till in X, it's much easier to use a proper PC than a mobile IMO.

And of course the more we spread the word and are positive about the service we provide, the more we ensure continued business :D

I got my first pay off them this month, was quite chuffed lol. Only problem is, it's deathly slow whenever I go on, so it takes me ages to build up. Still, the odd 50 quid here and there is better than nothing.

I still haven't heard from them about my readiness test I took on the 14th. Should I email them?

I think so. We were wondering whether due to it being half term, all the SAHM's are busy with Legoland, Thorpe Park, etc etc etc

You definitely spoke to soon... it's been DEAD today. I've been on it about 3 hours and had about 13 Qs in that time. It's really strange. There's no sign of any weekend contest either...
