hi there
i have a heap of veg left over from last nights roast (broccoli, carrots & beans) any ideas on how to reheat them quickly in a way that will be appealing to 3 small children? there was no gravy left so thats out of the window - i could possibly knock up a quick cheese sauce - any other ideas??

thanks for your ideas - ran out of time so did a quick cheese sauce (which was scrummy) seemed to go down will with the rug rats0

Good thread. Lets have more ideas peeps. They are nice mixed with mashed potato, a few herbs or a little curry powder and fried like potato cakes.0

I have a few leftover minted lamb chops from last night. There isn't much meat on them, but I'm still loathe to throw them away. Anyone got any ideas for using up flavoured lamb?
