A stir fry? Add in extra bits like finely chopped bacon? Or sausages? Or tuna?

Good thread. Lets have more ideas peeps. They are nice mixed with mashed potato, a few herbs or a little curry powder and fried like potato cakes.

I have a few leftover minted lamb chops from last night. There isn't much meat on them, but I'm still loathe to throw them away. Anyone got any ideas for using up flavoured lamb?

    TIA
