Hobbling in as its the weekend and I'm allowed to be here when not actually flying.
Hugs and spoons available for collection where needed - I've been having a read back to catch up on all the news .......... and have forgotten everyone who needs them!
Currently trying to work out how to tackle today's flying - my sprain continues to be a nuisance, and when it turned an excessive shade of black I decided I'd better seek some medical assistance that knew better than to suggest ibuprofen for asthmatics - turns out I have a chipped bone - but at the end of the day it still needs RICE. Problem is that the basic flying dailies just don't do themselves. Ah well, there's plenty around here with worse problems to contend with.
I've been amazed though at just how many little jobs I fit in to my lunch breaks at work, and trips to and from work though - little things are getting to me like not having anything in the fruit bowl.
Mr B and I were supposed to be going out to the local steam event this weekend - that's not going to happen, so I've despatched him with his Dad. That leaves me with tackling washing up, DW, WM - just need to flop around slowly.
First wash my hair - it's way overdue.Work is not my Hobby0 -
I'm all excited - why? because (for the next hour or so) MY item is THE FIRST on e bay in it's category!

Congrats on your e-bay successes, valli. I can't even give our old house phone away on freegle, so it may have to go to the tip (appliance section).
Adverts for my other two items should be in the free ads paper today and I have a box of stuff for NN's son to put on e-bay. :j0 -

Thanks Dusty I will check the small print but it seems to be a good company and the deal is the best I have found so far. I have been looking at solar for over a year and had several companies out to give us quotes.
Lil_me I am in a similar situation with my shelled ones, I have 7 vivs year round and 3 more from october to march. I have the 7 on economy 7 their lights etc are on from midnight to midday - which gives me 7 hours of half price electric and hopefully with thermostats and daytime temperatures not too much during the 5 hours at peak rate. It has cut our bill by quite a bit.
so far today I have
sorted DHs shirts,
cleaned the cooker sparkly clean, inside and out :A
got 1 load in washing machine
