Couple of days ago some 'yoofs' on the top deck of a bus catapulted a small rock at me...I was just aware of it hurtling past my ear...hate to think of the consequences if it had hit me. Was too shocked to get the number of the bus to report 'em. Hope 'karma' gets 'em instead.

VfM4meplse he is fine, thankyou. He wore a helmet, so that is the reasoning behind it. Silly really as a helmet can save your life! And he rode on the roads so it was best to wear one.

some of the stories on here are shocking! OP I'm sorry it upset you so much but can understand why.
a few years ago me and my ex were sitting on the downstairs of a bus when it stopped at some lights and there was a group of chavvy kids on bikes on the pavement who suddenly took an interest in us and were really staring at us, it made me feel uneasy so I kept looking ahead wishing the bus would move. As soon as the bus pulled off the kids threw something at the window - I was sat at the window seat, my ex next to me, and the pane shattered and glass went over our laps and feet but thankfully we weren't actually injured. The driver got out and the kids ran off, the driver found what they'd thrown and it was some kind of mini hammer.
It really scared me as they had deliberately aimed it at us, if that or the glass had hit me in the face I would have been scarred.

as for hearing about heavily pregnant women being attacked that's just disgusting. I really don't know how anyone could find that funny.

I was blooming upset after some older teens threw eggs through the window of my sitting room last year. They were aiming at me while I was stood on a stepladder, hanging curtains. The bill to clean the sofa was one I paid with gritted teeth!

But a short while afterwards I spoke with my SIL who lives in Glasgow, and she mentioned that kids there had shot through her open bathroom windows with air rifles. It gave me a little perspective.

But I'd still like to think karma will take care of those little gits, Riz! Sorry you were so distressed.

Try not to make this incident get you down. It only shows how much of a nice person your are as jealous people will do anything to try and get you upset.

What normal people drive around with a box of eggs in the car??? Next time they try that crap let's hope they are undercover police about.

I've had various items thrown at me while driving the motorbike from water (well i hope it was water) to bottles, to a pineapple !!! usually these items have come from the back of the car infront of me and from a chav.

You have to wonder what are they thinking are they trying to make me fall off and injure or kill me or do they not just think at all ??

Its not nice but hey they're the @ssholes i just hope that someday it'll bite them on the @ss for doing it.

Many years ago when I was in my twenties I was walking home with a lovely dress I had just had dry cleaned. I was going out with my friends that night and in a really good mood.
A van drove past me on the main road I was walking down and the passenger of the van spat at me I was mortified and felt so humiliated I didn't go out that night but stayed in instead. I know it was just a random attack but I was so upset by it. Probably no logic to it but I felt gutted someone could think I was so worthless that they could get a laugh by spitting at me. Who knows, maybe if it happened to his mother/wife/daughter/him he would have known how I felt
