It would really upset me as well. I am part of a running club and we've had things thrown at us twice - once a carrot which hit one of our ladies in the chest and left a big bruise, I can't remember what the other thing was. The same night as the carrot incident, we came across a group of lads running from a different club, as we knew some of them we stopped. Half of them were covered in yoghurt splatters where someone had thrown a pot out of the window. I really can't understand it myself. Idiots.

When I was pregnant just days before delivery boys threw snowballls at me going down an underpass that was 27 yrs ago and I have never forgotten itI was unsteady on my feet anyway with the snow and the slope they are idiots and its not personal

Turtle, I'm really surprised all I've ever got when I'm running is a toot from a passing car. One day I want to have my wits about me so that I can report the number plate. I know nothing will ever come of it but I'll feel better. I hope what goes around comes around is true (sorry am feeling malicious)

There are some idiots about these days.
Last summer a group of lads were driving round soaking people at random with a water gun.
My 15 year old son was on his bike yesterday complete with helmet and flourescent jacket when a car turned out of a side street right in front of him. He braked hard but still hit the car, the driver looked in his mirror then raced off.
I doubt he will be happy when he looks at his car though, son said he put a huge scratch on the back wing.

There are some real pr!cks out there.

I was out with my dog one evening when a car that was driving towards me mounted the pavement, pinning me and the dog to a wall. It all seemed to happen in slow motion but still too fast to get a registration number, if you know what I mean. I looked up as the car got closer and all I remembr seeing was the two retards in the car laughing.

I actually stood in the middle of the street waving my middle finger at them as they drove off lol

Im so sorry some k nob head saw fit to behave in such a foul way to you tonight OP. Rule 4 applies here me thinks. I hope you will be okay. Remember karma will catch up with them at some point.
