Hi.
Chicky - tesco do a 18.5in one for £98.99. Play.com do a 15.4in one for £95 with free delivery.
Haven't posted for a while - not been in a good place for the last couple of weeks, although have been doing plenty of stitching - more than half finished the latest one. Will be ordering a load of frames before the end of the week so will post piccies when everythings framed. Have got 8 frames to order:eek::eek: dread to think how much that will be!
Take care everyone

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! Apologies for posting and running.. I went on a lovely family holiday to Derbyshire and there was hardly any reception up there. I did get a chance to do some cross stitching though!
Hopefully seeing progress on here will give me more incentive to work on my cross stitching...I have to admit that since meeting my boyfriend just over a year ago, I've hardly done any. I'm slowly getting back into it though!
I tried to put links to pics in here but it won't let me - how many posts do I need before I can do that? I can't even link to my Picasa folder I don't think
Anyway, I hope you've all had a productive week... I look forward to seeing all your progress!0 -

I think your post count needs to be 50+ before you can add links.
You can either put the address in a post but with spaces and we can take the spaces out to see your pics or if you want to PM me the links I'll post them for you:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -
Snowmen update
http://i1123.photobucket.com/albums/l542/little_red_gecko/003.jpg
Decided that although I would have loved to sew straight onto the linen - its a black napkin and my eyes were going crosseyed just trying to see the holes, so now doing it with the most fiddly waste canvas out - its 25 count so hideous to work with. Have seen an article reference using waste evenweave - for me thats definatley the way ahead.
Right off to try and fix the new disc brake on my MTB - for some reason how to fit the wire bit doesnt compute in my brain right now.0 -
Afternoon ladies
Wow Judellie - eight frames, you have been busy. Look forward to seeing the end results. Hope you're feeling better soon
Look forward to seeing your piccies too littlemonkey.
Your snowmen are coming along nicely ocemeer. I haven't used anything other than aida - oh I think I used evenweave once and from what I can remember I was quite impressed with the result especially if there are larger blank areas. Must try to become more adventurous :rotfl:
Have been thinking of doing this for my DS but think its a wee bit pricey especially with all the demands on our pennies atm and I was wondering if anyone could possibly help me. Hopefully this link/word thing will have worked - hopefully I tried to remember shelly's instructions from what seems like ages ago. (thanks shelly)
No stitching so far today and by the time I get back home tonight and get sorted I think my little eyes will be too tired to see the holes
Take care everyone.SPC NO 041STARTED SW 04/14 - TARGET 05/16 - TOTAL LOSS 10ST 3.5LBS :dance:0 -

I don't know how you do that - I have to work myself up into going out. I really admire that you do that! I can run for a whole mile now though and I did 4 miles today. Only another 22.2 miles to work up to
I don't either ! :rotfl: Running has never appealed but after running a 5k race for life in the summer, I was talked into joining a running group then was persuaded to enter a 10k run (this sunday) and a 10 mile jaunt :rotfl: in January. I signed up for both.
I'm not loving the running at the moment, may be that will change but at the moment i am battling the I can't be bothered attitude. I was meant to run tonight but its been a frustrating day when I just want to rewind and start again (well actually fast forward to friday)
I'm going to take it how it comes on Sunday. I'm not expecting to do an amazing time or anything and i expect i shall walk a good part of it. I'm just hoping the momentum of the occasion will get me through. I'm keeping a running diary here there are some useful tips and ideas that other posters have shared :j
I have decided to reward myself "run tokens" so each time I go out, I award myself a token. each token worth a money value (to be decided) then when both runs are completed, I will treat myself to something nice (probably stitchy related!!)0
