Failed - I only got 54%. Some kooky questions though.
Good job I tell my overseas national employees to study hard when THEY need to take the test!I wanna be Mortgage Free by February 20130 -
15 right
but on two of the questions, the correct answer was not visible! They were the EU question above and the 'advice' question where ACAS did not appear as an option.
Totally stupid, in concept and execution!0 -

Browser was at max, if it was hidden i would of expect the incorrect to be missing at the bottom of the page.0 -

You'd also expect a scrollbar, but you don't.
Obviously maximising the browser will only make it all fit if your screensize is big enough for it to all fit.0 -

That's not a stumbling block to passing the test with flying colours as all the quesions and answers are in the handbooks, study guides etc applicants have access to. All they have to do is commit the material to memory; not too difficult if one is sufficiently motivated and deteremined......................I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

English language skills? Comprehension? Intelligence? Motivation and determination?
Because it's not Britishness, certainly, from most of the questions.0 -
I would guess it's testing all of those things. What would be your ideal citizenship test?.................

The MSE way of studying towards this and / or doing as many practise tests as you wish is to visit your libraries website, see online resources and along various online dictionaries and similar works of reference there will be a section 'Life in Great Britain' with all the study material and guides available online for free and practise tests, the software interface looks like the real exam, so its as close to the real experience as one can get I thinkNever trust any stats you didn't fudge yourself ;o)

Hee - I think it's about luck!
I'm an Aussie - never lived in the UK though visited a few times and i didn;t even know what some of the questions were about, so am pretty happy with my 71 per cent :j
PS: You've enticed me to test myself on the Aussie one - bet I fail here too!
