I failed too 14 out of 24. Some of the answers vary though depending on where you live in the UK. Prescriptions are free for everyone in Northern Ireland, and are only free for over 60's and pregnant women in England for example.0

I had to take the actual exam as I came here as an immigrant. The questions are hard if you don't study the book (life in UK). They allocate 45 mins for the exam but I finished it in 3 mins and passed on first attempt.
Actually the exam is very easy as long you studied the book for at least 1 week.
No idea why many of those useless questions were chosen though.Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.0 -
How pointless.. Learn some irrelevant information by rote in order to get citizenship. Would have been much more relevant to have question about practical issues such as where to apply for driving licence or how to register with a doctor.0

I got 11. That's me deported.0

I'm not British but have lived here for 14years. Most of the information on the test I will never need. How useless. Last time I did the test, I passed.DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0 -

I got 20 but the questions were like my favourite German Town.

While some of the questions she faced are practical ones such as: ‘Where do you apply for a National Insurance card?’ – others such as: ‘What is the current minimum wage?’ or: ‘What year did women get the vote?’ require specific learning – not generalised knowledge.0
