Can confirm that it worked fine in store on all both 3 for 12 and 2 for 10!

Just come back from shopping and bought:

    2 x vin de malbec @ £7.79 (2 for £10)
    6 x Vina albi @ 5.99 (3 for £12)

    discounts 2 for 10 -£5.58
    3 or 12 -£11.94
    Wine discount (25%) -12.88

    total savings -£30.40

    Wee-hee!

I haven't tried the Albi, but it 'feels' good. We use a rule of thumb for unknown wine that if they have bothered to put it in a good bottle (bit indent underneath) then it is probably ok. If the bottle is flat on the bottom it is a cheap bottle, and might be a reflection on the wine as well.... HTH!

...also in Chich3ster, no mini's on offer.
    :)

so how much did you actually spend? thanks

I have just looked at the small bottles online, seem to be on offer at 2 for £3 and not 4 for £5 as previous, so if the offer works like B4, you will get the 25% off the full price, £2.54 for the blossom hill, and then the 2 for £3 discount, making it about 0.86p per bottle?? - not such a good deal as last time when it was about 0.68p per bottle - if that makes sense!!

so are the Finest wines that are on 2 for £10 working with 25% off too? I thought the Finest wines were excluded.

As I posted above I scanned 6 finest Malbec which were 2 for £10 but the total to pay was £24
Get Appletv2 & XBMC in and thank me later

I presume you mean the silver bay wine so the discount would be:

    6*£3.49*0.25 = £5.23

Due to the 2 for £5 promo you would pay £15 for 3 lots of 2

So final bill would be £15-£5.23 = £9.77 for 6 bottles

    or £1.63 each

    HTH

Thank you :) I have read some reviews and the wine is meant to be quite nice, I am having a party so dont want to spend too much, has anyone tried the wine?
:jHas saved so much money since joining this forum, thanks to all you kind people out there :j

Shiraz is 9.99 but £6 in Asda, so 7.50 less 3.99 back (price guarantee) making it 3.51 per bottle. HTH
