Starskit I thought the offer didn't work on the tesco finest just double check before buying:sad:

Ah, thanks for letting me know, that's a shame, it would have been good savings!
  • Also worth noting that it is 6 or more bottles not multiples of 6. so you could buy 7 or 8 or 9 or whatever and you still get the discount on all of them. I hadn't realised this before as thought it was multiples. I also just checked the email again and it doesn't say "finest" wines are excluded - it says "fine wines" whatever they mean by that.
  • Can anyone confirm that the glitch is working on the mini bottle? I guess it should if it works on the 3 for 12 offer but just wondering if anyone had bought any yet? Going to a festival today and want to take a bit of wine but not 6 big bottles. Thanks.

wasn't it just the finest small bottles rather than the finest range generally? I can't remember tbh.

Yes, and I think that was because they were not included in the 3 for £5 offer, rather than the 25% off offer. So, the 2 for £10 finest wines should work this time I believe, as the 2 offers are running together.

The 2 for £10 on the Tesco finest wine might be a good way to go. The most expensive one is £8.79 (Tesco finest Australian shiraz rose) so you could get 6 bottles for £16.82, which works out at £2.80 a bottle!

I haven't tried it yet, but will be going later.

The finest range is included in the wine by the case, so would assume it would also be included instore.

so, going on previous experience, do you think this would work on the meal deal too? If I bought 6 of the £10 meal deals would I get 25% off the wine come off the original cost of the wine? By my reckoning based on the average over inflated original cost of the meal deal wine being around £10 per bottle, this should bring the cost of 6 meal deals down to about £43, not bad for all of that food but I guess you'd have to love Pizza Express Pizza!!

Think you will find the Finest Meal deal has been taken off , while the double up promo is on .

Not the finest meal deal, they have replaced it with a £10 Pizza Express meal deal. Large Pizza, bottle of wine, side and dessert.
