  • Oh and remember the more expensive the original price of the mini bottle, the more discount you get (slightly).
  • If the glitch works again its going to work best with the 3 for £12 offer this time rather then the minis.

The most expensive wine on my tesco online is £5.99. Ive made an order for 12 bottles and then some ice lollies to take my total to £52, then ive used the £15 off £50 code on the discounts board. If the 25% comes off the full value of the wine again rather then the 2for£12 price then I will have paid £22.53 for 12 bottles of wine and 6 packs of lollies (on 342), including delivery charge at £3.50!!!

My delivery is between 9 and 11 tomorrow night, Im keeping my fingers crossed till then!!:)

Just been into Tesco this morning, and the 25% discount is working on the '3 for £12' range.

Bought 6 bottles of wine, usual price of £5.99 - £11.94 discount for the '3 for £12' offer, plus £8.99 for the 25% discount.

About £15 for 6 decent bottles of wine - bingo !

There was only a very small range of the miniature bottles though and no stickers showing any offer for them, so I avoided them.

The 2 for £10 on the Tesco finest wine might be a good way to go. The most expensive one is £8.79 (Tesco finest Australian shiraz rose) so you could get 6 bottles for £16.82, which works out at £2.80 a bottle!

I haven't tried it yet, but will be going later.

so, going on previous experience, do you think this would work on the meal deal too? If I bought 6 of the £10 meal deals would I get 25% off the wine come off the original cost of the wine? By my reckoning based on the average over inflated original cost of the meal deal wine being around £10 per bottle, this should bring the cost of 6 meal deals down to about £43, not bad for all of that food but I guess you'd have to love Pizza Express Pizza!!

Last time the small finest bottles weren't supposed to be included in the offer but in my store they had a SEL saying they were, so got DTD!

Damn, I just ordered 6 x finest Pinot Grigio! Tbh tho I didn't notice that it was exlcuded - it does say something about "fine wines" which I took to mean the £10 plus bottles. I'll check what I've been charged when the delivery comes tonight and then send it back if I haven't got the discount. I find it odd that my local store (a huge extra store) apparently isn't running this promotion. Maybe I'll pop into store late to double check. I'm so pleased this glitch appears to be working on the 3 for £12 tho and hopefully will also work on the little bottles - my first big glitch spot! :T
