Nice one Spike. Any problems? -I assume they quoted 13.4ppu -12.5% off standard rate of15.31ppu for 1 year, with no contract or tie in?

I'll ring on Monday. The only thing is Airtricity are sneaky as well. They reserve the right to change 'Standard Rate' at any time, which sounds ominous.

But at the end of the day they are the cheapest now!

None whatsoever,I gave them my power card number, they took my details & I received a very detailed E-Mail a couple hours later with loads of PDF info sheets.
Although he told me it's a 10 working day cooling off period, when I said it says 14 on the website,he said that was total days & not working days.

We are with Airtricity at the minute but receiving seriously bad service! Wanting to switch but not sure who offers the best at the minute?

Have a look on the NI Consumer Council's website, they have some good comparison tables showing the various energy suppliers and their prices and they regularly update them

Looking at Electric Ireland's web site the price is until September 2013,so no doubt they will increase by 18%

Well as there is no contract I'll take the cheap electricity until September and switch again to whoever is the cheapest.
