Fined for parking in disabled bay, but AM disabled.

Someone who is disabled and with access to a cheap (friend) solicitor, should cherry-pick a car park and go and use the disabled bay and the shop. But without showing a disabled badge (maybe putting an A4 sheet in their windscreen saying 'I am disabled within the definition of the Equality Act 2010').

Come back to car, take a pic of the front of the car showing the fake PCN next to the A4 sheet (proves the PPC knew about the disability). Then go home and write a complaint to the retailer.

Then if no joy then wait for a few threatograms (makes the 'injury to feelings' claim better) and sue both parties for compensation under the Equality Act, since they both 'knew' about the disability but still discriminiated/harassed you.
